They have to go do like four different art-passes on every location just so that aforementioned minority can see them. While it'd be a cool feature that I'm pretty sure they could pull off if they really wanted to, it's not really worth it.

So yesterday Todd said VR Fallout 4 (for room scale HTC Vive) would be at E3 this year and would be the most amazing thing you've ever seen, mentioning that movement might be teleport style, but my question is, does this mean F4 VR will be locked to an abysmal 60 FPS (motion sickness in VR guaranteed) because of the engine's wonky frame rate based physics, or will there be some official implementation of the 90 FPS standard; or will Todd consider the wonky physics a necessary sacrifice (or feature) for stable 90 FPS?

I would hope they actually fixed it properly, but most likely they just set that to 90 and called it a day
Anyone know why my creation kit is horribly broken? Anytime I resize a window or scroll down a list all of the windows just become empty. This also used to happen on the GECK for new vegas but I could usually fix it by clicking somewhere in a window.

You know what's strange, I just notice there aren't any cyberhounds in the commonwealth.
I know that this isn't a request thread but it is Fallout related: Does anyone have that really old clip of someone saying "OH JESUS" and then an image of jesus edited over a rocket in new vegas flies over and explodes? I'm 90% sure it was Alchestbreach and I can't find the video for the life of me. Also the video was like 4-5 years ago. If anyone finds it please PM it to me and I'd be very grateful.
Just fought off 15+ gunners and rust devils at the railway and freeway bridge south of the diner. Two of those gunners had missile launchers too. The weapons mods i'm using do mean they do a hell of a lot more damage to me, but on the plus side a 4-crank laser musket vaporizes them without fail. Really got to tune down War of the Commonwealth, but it seems to lack some finer details. For example. the first thing to greet you upon exiting Vault 111 should not be a big pack of high-level ghouls lead by a glowing one. And every day or so a group of Super Mutants with dogs always spawns at the stream near Sanctuary Hills. I can turn down the frequency of faction spawns, but not e.g. just ghoul spawns; they're lumped into the wildlife category. Might try another spawn mod, if there are any.
You know what bugs me about Vault 111 there should be power armor and Vertibird nearby as for ghouls that makes sense as the massive amount of people at the gates with those guards in power armor and the Vertibird flying ahead.

Many would probably see it as making yourself into a synth.

Turning it down would be a good suggestion. Also, the vertibird that landed by Vault 111 just before going down in the elevator, that was probably salvaged down to the last bolt and bearing like 150-160 years before you leave the vault. The power armors and such? Like I stated before, or stolen by raiders and turned into what you see them wearing all over the place.

My Fallout 4 has gotten incredibly laggy lately and I don't really know why. Takes a while to load into it when booting up, loading areas takes a while and then my frames tank like crazy. I would post a mod list but I'm currently posting from work. Like before i could run the game fine and the only way to tank my frames like they are now would be to put WotC up to max, throw on God mode and use nothing but the Fat Man for 90% of combat scenarios.

What enb do you guys consider the best for a survival run? I'm using both True storms and NAC so I'm not sure which enbs may be compatible fully.

I had the same problem recently until I went to fullscreen.
