[sp] MORE TAPE [/sp][/QUOTE]
that tape looks pointless on the handle
there should be less of it there, and more of it around other parts of the gun, such as the trigger/trigger guard, where the magazine meets the handle and by the suppressor.

Or shoot them and watch as patented Bethesda ragdoll physics quickly renders them into an abject, blue-and-flesh colored ball of vibration and anger.

the more i think about it the darker it gets
The Legion is the only choice for long-run prosperity for all.

What the rebels like to forget is that the Legion is the only thing keeping the Dominion out of Skyrim.
New Vegas's cowboy/western themes grew on me. I wouldn't mind another Obsidian tale set in the American southwest.
I want an non American fallout.
Give me fallout China.
Super advanced techno-landscape mixed with rural farming
Fanatical ghoul American soldier/spies
Komodo deathclaws.
Lush wilderness with huge isolated radioactive mountains
Water would be plentiful, finding food would be the real trouble.
Great wall with hundreds of turrets fixed to it.
China mechs
Stealth suits and sniper rifles
China already looks like something out of a fallout engine anyway

But then it completely loses the core elements of Fallout? I guess it could be DLC but a main game set elsewhere just wouldn't work thematically at all.

Is AP even made for fallout
Asking for a friend

Why wouldn't it fit thematically?
Fallout has always been domestic wasteland. Moving to china would turn it into more of a cyberpunk thing, I think.

nothing wrong with a cyberpunk wasteland, but i don't want it in china.

How do you figure that?
I'd like a Fallout set in Alaska. That would be cool (heh)

Correct me if I'm wrong - isn't china a grossly overpopulated toxic sardine can of a nation in the falloutverse? If so, picture generic cyberpunk megacity sprawl - but with vaccuum tubes, neon, and such.
British Fallout. All the ghouls wear burberry caps.

From what I remember there's like next to no information on the rest of the world other than that everyone got fucked by the nuclear war.

I'd love to see the Chinese pull up in massive pre-war battleships done up like Junk sailboats and invade the West coast of America, commanded by a ghoulified Chairman Cheng.
I dunno, there's something about witnessing the conclusion of a plan 3 lifetimes in the making that makes me feel all warm and fuzzy. Like, you should have expected this America... the war isn't over!
If you leave the US, you lose pretty much all the common imagery of the Fallout series. Everything, like the food products you pick up and never use, the decrepit futurist skyscrapers on the verge of toppling, the Red Rockets and the Slocum's Joe's, all the Rob-Co terminals you interact with, the shells of streamline automobiles, the iconic laser and plasma weaponry, and most importantly, the power armor...All of it would be missing in a Fallout entry set somewhere other than the US.
American exceptionalism and American science & military technology gone too far are two of the most core topics of the series, on top of which everything else is built. Not only would it require starting from square zero when they start drafting, but it'd be a completely different tone, hell to advertise, and it'd be pretty difficult for the biggest chunk of their audience to connect to.
I'll never underestand people who simply REFUSE to have a fallout game set outside USA. Maybe give the game a different name (or sub title) if it's set outside USA or something but keep it in the same universe. The more fallout games come out, the more I want to see in detail how the rest of the world goes after the bombs.

Clarification: I don't refuse it, but i think the people who want it don't realize how much of the series they love would have to go, or else make no sense.
It'd be fine as a spin-off or as a simple mobile game.
You guys do realize that 1950s-60s consumerist culture existed in other parts of the world right? Is it that much of a stretch to assume that this culture diverged the exact same way outside of the United States as it did within?
Sure it won't be the exact same, but I think there is an appeal in that which if executed well can still capture that retro-futuristic Fallout feel.
To clarify, I still think there's still way too much ground left to cover in the U.S. for Fallout to be expanding into other countries, I just don't see it being totally inconceivable.
