One thing that makes me slightly miffed:
Shadman never did finish those vault girl pip icons he was working on. Like he did like three perks and thats it. Which is a shame, as he actually put in the time to make new animation frames, unlike the other overhauls

If we didn't already have the BoS a medieval-themed Legion would actually be really cool and make a lot more sense with how they're portrayed.

There's also supposedly a guy in LL doing something similar but much more lewd.
Ok, it kinda pisses me off vehicles aren't useable ingame. I know they're all over 200 years old, but there's clear evidence in game of them being used by gunners in Quincy with the truck and trailer with cages. It would be nice as a game mechanic at least to be able to find, for example, a broke down car on a grade, take the brake off and let it plow into a group of enemies. Or to do the same but angle it toward the road median to create cover. Or check it for fuel to take or parts to salvage.

Ye it grinds my gears that giant robots, GPS controlled fishing boats, trains, planes, rockets, an armada of 200 year old helicopters and a war zeppelin are all easier to maintain and repair than a simple moped or jeep. But i can understand it's because the engine would shit itself.
Really i'd appreciate more implied working vehicles, like all the NCR troop trucks in Camp McCarran. Even as a workaround just have stationary vehicles to act as turrets like tanks at a checkpoint or something. Have some NPC say "yeah we drove here in all these vehicles wot u see fucking all around us" or have them be like the carriages in TES where you pay a few caps to ride on the wasteland warbus and fast travel someplace.

The highwayman in fallout 2 was great because working towards getting it running again felt so rewarding. It was mainly there to expedite the boring/dangerous map travel but it's sad we couldn't have actual driving in such a recent game like FO4.
The Atom Cats being at the forefront of restoring old world vehicles and helping you make your own despite being just a bunch of greasers in dump would have been the best.

For a long while I was waiting for a drivable NPC mod to go full Tank Girl on the Commonwealth. I was actually pretty surprised we didn't get a drivable anything so far considering both Fallout 3 and NV had fancy drivable motorcycle and flyable vertibird mods and Skyrim had ridable everything almost as soon as SKSE came out.
But unfortunately it looks like modding for Fallout 4 is much harder.
The problem Fallout 4 is having with modding is that it took fucking ages for the creation kit to come out and once modders were starting to get used to it Skyrim: Special Edition came out and all the big modders fucked off to port their old shit to that.
If we had the creation kit sooner and there was no Skyrim rerelease the Fallout 4 modding community would be much healthier. Sadly for those of us who don't care about Skyrim that's not how things transpired. Which sucks because the ability to add custom animations 'easily' means you can make mods for Fallout 4 much less janky.

My ability to record compelling gameplay hasn't improved much though.
So... what's the thoughts on optmising the game? Any ways in the future we could run the game better without any loss in visuals?

Well, they do release patches, patches for a broken system no one (on PC) asked for.
There is a beta patch. Should be coming this week or next.

Man, the dissonance hit super hard during a clip of a fight against a guy with an assault rifle. First, there's the complete Fallout-y-ness of the sniper rifle, so when the assault rifle showed up on screen a moment later, my brain recoiled in a what-is-this-shit kind of way.
