I've never survived long enough to kill a squad of people of NPC's I hope I get kitted out for it soon enough.
that particular room is easy to kill scavs in because scavs are retarded aimbotters
the office in factory. just sit in there and walk around from time to time
it's like a scav trap
How do you kill shotgun scavs? They always either 1 shot or 2 shot me even if I have papa armor. Distance doesn't matter either

I've been keeping an eye on this game for a while- Though while it seems it's not really gonna be the free-form stalker-ish game i was hoping for, in that it wants to be a multiplayer game; I'm still curious if there's going to be an open-world aspect to it? Meaning- Something that goes beyond this instance-based gameplay they're running with now?

The devs say they eventually want an open world of some kind but it doesn't appear to be coming any time soon.

Very cool. I was worried it was going to be tilting too hard over into the 'competitive shooter' quagmire.
Far as I can hear the open world is just walking to the instances rather than selecting them on a map.
Give me a kiver, fort, and my hatchet and I'll make Mel Gibson in The Patriot look like a catholic schoolgirl in comparison.

Stuff like that makes me think they need a revamp of the netcode somethin fierce. Firstly they didnt hear you running up(Need revamp for dynamic sound system on that note too) so one atleast should been looking, See how long it took him to get off the looting menu after hacking at his friend?
The issue isn't the game, the issue is those two clowns haven't yet learned that one person should always be covering
lot of the animations and states aren't synced yet ...
it's one of many reason i can't even try enjoy the game ...
let's hope new fixes roll out soon
is woods the only spawn location for the flash drive? i found one there but have been unable to find any others even when im definitely the first player to the tent

When using the medication through quick access, the logic of the application is now as follows.
First aid kits, application in order of precedence:
Applied to the most damaged part of the body except those with 0 health
If some body parts are bleeding and a first aid kit removes it, the most damaged bleeding body part is selected
Foot fractures are treated in the first place, hands in the last
The rest of priorities depend on negative effects and whether the effects are present
Other medicines: Applied to the most damaged part of the body, with a negative effect that is eliminated by this medicine
Now ammo can affect the parameters of weapon accuracy and recoil
Eliminating negative effect (such as bleeding, fracture) with a first-aid kit now also depletes its capacity
Changed characteristics of ammo. Now the difference is more evident
The number and height of grass at open locations
Fixed the amount of experience for different character actions in the raid
Balancing adjustments of traders, goods and their barter schemes
Adjusted prices for a number of items
Adjusted ammo prices, damage, penetration, etc.
Fixed and added new item spawn points, containers

JerryK you seem to be the expert in here. I'm having major performance issues. Are there any fixes you know of? The following is my experience thus far.
The game has become increasingly unstable with each update. When I first picked it up everything ran smoothly with no issues. Then I started getting micro stutters. Then I was relegated to only being able to play factory due to absurd lag on any other map. Now I can't even play factory without freezes of 10 seconds or more.
Is this the dreaded memory leak problem?
i really have no idea, have you checked your memory usage? i haven't experience that issue and haven't really seen anything on the reddit about it

scav runs are a good way to learn the maps and get some loot early on
escapefromtarkovmaps.com has all the hand drawn maps compiled if you need help on the maps too
