Escape From Tarkov - "The DayZ you've been looking for! (minus the zombies)" - Games

Tarkov has been terrible to me tonight. Think I've lost like 500k roubles worth of ak74u's in factory from really shitty gunfights. Last one that made me quit was sneaking up behind a guy in office stairs, he had his back to me, I unload half a clip into his back, he turns around and drops me with a headshot..like alrite..guess fuck me tonight then. This game can be so frustrating when you just have a string of losing over and over. I did get weapon mastery level 2...whatever the fuck that means.

Anyone else got problems with Tiger Safari? I cant seem to plant markers on the LAV's.

I cant seem to plant markers on the LAV's.[/QUOTE] all the marker missions seem to be slightly broken. if you're talking about actually planting them on the trucks, its just very finicky at times. if you didn't already know you can still use them from your secure container. if you're having trouble with them being planted successfully and not being counted, you just have to keep trying until it decides to count it.

Well apparently the game doesn't have the VAT included in the pre-order section and you only get to see it right before you use xsolla. That's lazy as hell.

Xsolla is legitimately awful. I mean I love Tarkov, but the devs REALLY need to work on setting their own payment system up.

Guys.... I should've been more direct. I don't dislike Xsolla. I dislike the devs for not putting the actual price of the said game into the pre-order page and leaving someone else to do it.

Is the fort still glitch i.e Counts as 0 armor if it's above 45 durability?

Also it will be availible on Steam after the release.

Is it just me or is there an increase in people using Macros with the SKS since the netcode optimzation i keep running into people using the SKS like an Assault rifle and it's getting pretty annoying.

I am just a fast clicker. I even keep select fire rifles like the AK-74 and the M4 in semi auto because i find semi auto more controllable than full auto, yet I still get off at least three-four shots in a second sometimes.

I used that back in the day on Day of Defeat: Source for the M1 Carbine and could blow through my mag in about a second because there was practically no delay between shots with that gun.

Or maybe this is some next-level game balancing

Or maybe this is some next-level game balancing[/QUOTE] it depends on the gun. some guns like the p226 are hard to spam click because clicking too fast will just end up making you fire inconsistent and a lot slower(i guess because you're technically trying to pull the trigger while the slide is moving which wouldnt really do much afaik)

The glock can just go ham as fast as you click no problems. Speaking of though when are they adding a full auto mod to glock?

Only if you do it this way, once you fire off the first shot, the gun won't stop shooting until the magazine is empty

Automatic rifles aren't terribly useful beyond supressive fire RL which is clearly not the case in Tarkov, so would be useful for melting armour.
