So I think I found a new glitch, shot some asshole in the back of his head when he ran away, looking in his inventory as soon as he buggered behind a door. Check his body, he has a souped up Glock, suppressed, drum mag so I open his inv and all I see in his slot is a makarov.

it's a pretty old glitch, container glitching it was supposed to have been patched out a while ago

I get that the game is on development but the bugs and janky nature of the game is starting to annoy me One time i get the drop on a guy ( at close quarters ) ,empty my magazine into his body then he just looks at me and i drop dead, Hit count: 1 Another time i was idling at the bus on customs, a guy is outside next to him, i shoot him 7 times, move out of the bus, hit him a few more times yet i die even tho i was at full health Last time my game took a massive FPS drop ( it was stuck at a constant 10 FPS and everything was out of sync so i crash my game, re-join and i get stuck at waiting session start I rejoin again and now all of the stuff on my PMC is gone Every time i engage with someone i feel im playing a game of russian roulette of whatever my game is gonna freeze, ill die within 2 shots or a single "super bullet " And under all of these times i have been wearing the blue armor and a decent helmet

I'm aware of that, but it has been patched out... Or atleast 'that' specific way of doing it..

Anyone else think blacked limbs should have the option to be restored but capped at like half health? I really hate getting blacked out in the leg at the beginning of a raid on interchange and having to limp for 30 minutes even though I brought tons of medical equipment.

does anyone have a list of items mechanic sells? i cant find one for 8.x.xxxx

Personally I think a splint should be able to reduce the negative effect if not out right remove it when it comes to the legs, like you said it's extremely retarded to get a blacked leg at the start of the raid.

Game has some MASSIVE issues despite how amazingly fun it is. The game is super fucking addicting and fun yet at the same time horribly aggravating. The game has some really bad netcode, (and in an patch earlier it was literally 10 times as worse as it is now), which leads to a LOT of deaths. Also, people with high ping have MASSIVE advantages peaking, like way more than you'd expect in any game. Hitreg is pretty trash most times, and you'll consistantly miss shots you know you should've hit from indicators such as blood splatters.

So is it worth buying or should I wait until its more polished

I'm heavily biased, but I think the game's worth it as is. The flaws WILL be fixed if the developers want to keep their playerbase.I'm also a lot more forgiving and fine with games having severe flaws though. Game's non refundable though, so bare in mind that.

I suppose it comes down to your tolerance of bullshit. I myself am able to get past most of it and just chalk it up to "I'll get these items back later and there's always next time to be better than before." If you're the kind of person that gets mad about dying for BS reasons that happen every now and then, then you may be better off to wait a bit more. Otherwise it'll leave a bitter taste in your mouth and you may be put off from continuing playing it.

Holy shit, spiked to 97% ram usage a couple of times at interchange. Time to upgrade from 16GB to 32GB i suppose..

People that camp the Factory extract with a buddy are the biggest fucking pussies I've ever met in this game. I just had a factory raid with 23 kills, spent most of the raid getting pushed by waves of scavs with players mixed in, had several dogtags, and had more loot than I could ever hope to hold. Gathered up everything I could and made it to the exit, only to open the last door and get blasted by two guys with SAIGA's and barely any equipment on. They waited the ENTIRE goddamn raid in that room. I didn't even have a chance. What a massive waste of time and energy.

Factory key is your friend, always fuck off through one of the alternate routes. Let those shitbags sit there wasting their life.

I feel like interchange is the first "real tarkov" map in the game. Like, THIS is how the gamedevs were imagining their game being played. It's by far my favorite area.

Don't have one. Tried farming the only spot I can get to for about 50 raids and I either died on the way there, or spawned in the perfect spot but it wasn't there. Whole lot of groups on Customs have fucked me up, I'm just unlucky. It's not often that I do Factory runs anyway since I don't have the gear or money, so it's not a huge deal to me personally, I was just pissed that I spent all that time only to lose it to those dipshits.

Nevermind on my previous statement, avoid buying it until you hear more positive word on the netcode/cheating problems. Literally all day today i've been either killed by buggy netcode, broken scavs, or cheaters. It takes a LOT to get me actually mad, and this game did exactly that. Tarkov has such massive issues in those regards that i'm amazed there aren't more posts on the reddit/any other forum about it.

I don't exactly like macro's on fence but I don't really care, it's not cheating in that regard, nor is it really defined in the EULA. The UI is so godawful that it's kinda needed if you want the edge..

I started a couple of weeks ago and have not noticed any bad netcode or cheaters. Scavs are weird though since they either have aimbot or blindness, I like that about them.

I don't understand why they have fence sell completely useless junk like screws, washers, screw drivers, etc, why sell items that can't be utilized for anything such as quests or barter?

It's entirely due to luck on whether you'll run into that. If you have/are up against people with even the slightly spottiest internet, you'll probably get fucked. And for cheaters, i've been constantly been getting squad wiped by people flyhacking every time I go on woods.

Tbh i have played with both high ( +300 ms ) and low latency ( 100-200 ) and i dont feel any sort of advantage, if anything i get killed more often when i have high latency even if i have the drop on other people On the other hand i just did a raid where both my of buddies died in the hill on customs, so i sneak behind said hill, kill both of the enemies and i was so filled with adrenaline that i completely forgot to grab their loot, i just grabbed the dog tags of one of the bodies and ran away becouse i couldnt find the other body , I extracted and just to be sure i did kill them both

High ping is only advantageous if you utilize it properly, if you have 300ms ping and you're fighting someone that has 20-50ms ping to the server, you have a literal head start when rounding corners or doors, not much, but enough to change the outcome of a fight. Why they removed region locking was absolutely beyond me, but at least they have reinstated region locking, I played on RU servers for like 10 raids on factory and I was practically untouchable as long as I was playing corners and being aggressive as fuck.

You need to play corners aggressively anyway, even with low ping you get a ~150ms delay advantage before you appear on their screen because of the shitty netcode

Honestly the net code after they reinstated region locking has felt fantastic, just not on factory. Which is fucking annoying, because I want to get to level 40 quick, I'm at level 39, I'd typically just run factory for a few hours and be done, but it's soo fucking bullshit right now with scavs fucking shooting you ONLY where you aren't armored because yah know, the AVERAGE EVERY DAY JOE can fucking john wick wanted weapons of fate me around a fucking shipping container in the fucking 2 inches of space he has to dome me with a fucking pistol, oh but they aren't intentionally programmed to completely ignore armor, noooooooooo, that's just a fucking myth. Sorry, venting, these scavs have been fucking pissing me the flying fuck off this patch, I 90% of the time should not be fucking dying to scavs, but when they fucking start tacking away at your legs with a shotgun at 100ft like a nail driver through bushes and trees, and well, like, fucking EVERYTHING on interchange, it fucking gets beyond annoying.

I've been getting weird luck with scavs lately, not so much one tapping me in the face for some reason.... Try wearing a shemagh. Also with Fast MT i dont see the point of that mandible over the face shield, still leaves a gap, hella ugly. I ran through factory a few times with that and Fort and only got clipped in the face once. They just managed to power through my Armour or leg fuck me the other times.
