I found several gore mutators for UT99 that work great with the Nali Weapons gore mutator and Quake 3 1.2 gore mutator. i'm getting the rewards for xp levels just fine, but i don't have any of the rewards for the challenge stars. is this the same for anyone else?
Loving the game, for a pre-alpha there's already quite a bit of content, most unfinished but playable and very fun.

is anyone up for getting together and playing a few matches on UT4?
So I decided to try the new UT today, everything feels great and it runs butter smooth. I can easily max it out with great framerates. I just have one problem though, at max settings my graphics driver consistently crashes after about 5 minutes of playing. If I drop the settings a bit lower I can play as long as I want without problems. I'm on Windows 8.1 64bit, R9 390, 15.8 beta drivers. Anyone else having similar issues?
I've been having quite a few crashes too. Does it seem to happen more often between new maps, or just randomly?
It just happens randomly when I'm playing a map, haven't had any issues in the menus or during loading. When it happens, UT shuts down and gives me an error message that goes something like "Your GPU driver crashed, please update your drivers", and in the Windows event viewer I can see an event log at the exact time of the crash saying "Display driver amdkmdap stopped responding and has successfully recovered."
Did anyone else tend to turn 90 degrees to the left and dodge to the right as a substitute for forward dodge before the single key foward dodge in UT4 was a thing?

Also, is it possible to change your offline roster of teammates yet? The game says I can buuut I can't find it as an option anywhere. It's really frustrating when you're playing on Hard TDM and two of your teammates are >fucking negative<
Is the server browser supposed to freeze my game for 5+ minutes, find only 5 responsive matches out of 99 total and always have >150 ping on all of them?

Today I noticed a thread on UT forums where multiple people seemed to have similar driver crashes, so I decided to figure out which setting exactly causes them. So I started up the game, put all settings to epic, but now I've been playing for 2+ hours without crashes. I guess all it took was a restart of Windows. Or did an update to UT get pushed without me knowing? Whatever it was, I'm glad it fixed itself :v:

[media]https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CwgHsiyotsk[/media] And about vehicles for this, I asked the creator of the mode if they'd be fine with vehicles in assault levels, and although they weren't fond of 2k4 maps like Junkyard, they said that they think there is still potential in the idea for vehicles in Assault, they're just waiting for Epic to add them into the game.

(Also the UT Devs at epic dislike Hammer and Rocket Launching, which this gamemode has.)

Me and MacD11 where having a 1on1 CTF match in Facing Worlds and at one point we where fucking jumping on the ledges on the steep-ass walls of one of the towers while fighting each other and carrying each others flags.

Although thats been going rather slowly as of late, in multiple ways. Everyone is pretty busy working on things that would be best for the base game.

Honestly it's probably a real concern with some people I'm sure slowing down the spin rate would alleviate it though
