I'm planning to do a system of mouse tunnels to get around easier, but I'm stuck on how to do it..

Lucky you. The IT department at our school is strict as shit .They won't even let you have something as shit as line rider installed. [b] Line rider for crying out loud! [/b]

I miss that school, the IT guys were so awesome, they let us in labs some days to play UT.
They played WoW and flightsim too, it was always funny when you'd go in the IT office they'd quickly minimise it.

Try everything in the third post, and your problem should be fixed. It worked for me when my laptop was having trouble with UT.

Damn, I wish there was a good mod/mutator for UT2k4 that replaced the Assault Rifle with UT99-style Enforcers. :saddowns:

On that note, now i'm tempted to redownload my UT games and find realistic weapons mods to screw around with.

When it is installed the .umod extension should have been registered with UT's setup installer.
If you prefer that than using an extractor, there's a fix here:
