Thanks. The drop rate is much slower in HS - average of 1 legendary per 20 packs, usually much less - so I was suspicious for no reason. Wow, roughly speaking half a legendary from Arcade each week sounds incredible.

Yeah, some people blame their weak impulse control on everything else except themselves. Just yesterday I heard someone calling Blizzard greedy because immediately buying all the content of Hearthstone would cost a lot. That's like going to a supermarket and shouting "why are you forcing me to buy 50 jars of pickles!"

Blizzard also revised how they handle seasonal events with regards to the new items. Previously during the Summer Games everything had to be obtained at random through lootboxes, but now they allow you to buy almost anything with your currenct, though limited-time items cost 3x as much as normal ones.
It's nice to be able to get pretty much anything you'd like from a full-price AAA title without spending extra. It also gives people a reason to save their coins.
The only thing I dislike at this point is how you can't buy the icons, and how getting duplicates of event items still give you the default amount of currency.
