McCree, Reinhardt, Mei, Roadhog, and Ana are the only characters with stuns. (Still more than 3, but that's besides the point.) Every other CC in the game just inhibit some your control from your character, usually referred to as Soft CC.

Rooting is also considered hard CC, so Junkrat too. Slow, silence, anti-heal and knockback are normal CC. But yeah, I hope Doomfist/whoever is next doesn't get any of that sort, to keep it fresh.

My definition of hard CC has always been complete control taken away from the player.

How do I deal with the fucking fact that I come across like a bazillion shitty DPS players who refuse to play anything but DPS? The concept of the DPS burden means that this is especially hurtful, add onto that the many times when there's more than 2 of these people on your team and then all of a sudden you're handicapped right out the gate.
