It also just wouldn't work with blizz's cast without being hella stupid to force some of them in. Heroes of the storm works well with pretty much any character
And also yeah, mobas make more, and are also less niche and more approachable in a competitive sense. For the most part you can jump into a moba and get to a decent skill level pretty easily, but getting past the button masher level of fighting games is hard af for a lot of people. Just for one example I basically had to stop playing smash bros with my friends because it just literally became impossible for them to beat me, and I'm not even really good.
Playing against people who are really good at Widow is the most oppressive thing in the fucking world, moreso than any Genji or Tracer. If you're stuck in the healer role or some useless piece of shit locks in Winston, you have literally no choice but to cower in fear 24/7 because sticking your head out for even a picosecond will cause you to get dunked by EPIC SNAPS AIMS ACROSS THE FIELD OF VIEW

I dislike her personality because most of her lines and animations make her seem like she's trying too hard to be cute.
It doesn't work.

She's less cringy by her french VA, which i think, fit her more than the english voice. She don't have a korean accent however.
(most character don't have their accent in the french VA.. excepted Zarya, and the oh-terrible voice of sombra who sound like a 40 year old hispanic hookers.)

With their stuff (flashbang, hook) there is a method of outplaying them. Fake out Roadhog's hook or predict McCree's flashbang and you can basically cinch a kill on them, or they are effectively neutered for a good cooldown. The only "outplay" you can do aganst Widow (unless you're a counter) is to hide, which does nothing to remedy the situation and has no window during which you can not hide (unless she's dead).

Genji can annoy her but he can be hard-pressed to kill her.
Pharah is more countered than counter and cannot be relied upon vs. a good Widow.
Tracer is okay until Widow is either on top of a place Tracer can't walk onto, or she jumps down from the place she can since she can either let Widow run away down below or just hook back up to a different ledge if Tracer follows.
Junkrat?? What? if you're landing bombs anywhere near her extremely highly elevated nest you are either way out in the open or elevated and way out in the open.
Also I mentioned Winston.

If your Pharah outskills the enemy Widow I can kind of see it, a low-skill sniper can be engaged similarly to a Torb turret since they are similarly immobile.

Ive gone through a phase like that. DPS is honestly what I find the most fun, but for months I was going only tank or heals because no one else would. Eventually I just started saying "fuck it, I dont care if we lose, I want to play 76/Mcree/Pharah"
Fortunately Ive been having fun getting good with Ana so Im back getting shafted into the needed roles
More often though I play brawls or mystery heroes so I dont have to think about it

So you know how reaper can teleport to the top of Reinhardt's shield and then falls through it? It's the same with the symmettra shield.
So what if, you send that shield into a group of enemies and then have reaper teleport onto it to set up death blossom :v:
