I really dislike the sound of Sombra's skills. Getting abilities taken away from you isn't fun.

You can just go in arcade and play the "Without Limits" gamemode
Maybe quick play will now be tolerable now when I don't have to verse full teams of 1 hero anymore.

given her actions in the reveal video sombra is a 'the end justifies the means' person who takes advantage of people and forges false alliances to further her own objectives, so it'd be totally expected a child living in the shadow of lumerico and los muertos (and got saved by batman) may have discovered she has a thirst for vigilante justice [edit- justice on behalf of her own interests of revenge and destroying lumerico/its interests, not batman style good vs evil] after being put into a polarizing anti-omnic situation and used that as a strong point of manipulation
