Two weeks or so after release, 1vs1 and 3vs3 have been tainted by your typical modern online game toxicity. Thankfully, I have my faithful friends to play with from time to time: else, I'd just get the free three boxes and then touch Overwatch once a week. Apparently, the nouvelle vague is to insult you referring on your current level, as in "how can you play so shitty even if you are an x level"
Whenever someone starts insulting in 1v1 I just don't respond or answer with just a "k." and a "gg" at the end of the match. Except for this one time where it went like this [quote] Me: GG Him: Noob Me: :( Him: Sorry :( Him: GG [/quote]

At least i learned and got more courage to play more Zen in standard 6v6
The problem seems to be that 3vs3 has pretty much become THE mode nearly all the players pick up in Overwatch as of late, because, unless you are still delusional about competitive being "a friendly, competitive environment where individual skills count", in 3vs3: 1) You can unlock three free boxes a week easily 2) Even if you got all the free boxes, every match awards you with a nice chunk of experience, which most of the time is the same amount you'd gain by winning a quick play match 3) The matches tend to last less than a quick play match, so at the end of the day you have gained more experience overall 4) The mode offers a decent level of challenge and no hero is [I]technically[/I] useless in it, so you can still improve your own skill at the game on top of everything 5) It doesn't last as long and is not as slightly luck-based as 1vs1

Managed to get a game on Oasis after getting joining errors for about 10 minutes. Really nice map, I like how big and complex the arenas feel.
Oasis gives me Nucleus/QL vibes. It's pretty great. Can't wait to play it in Live.
I haven't gotten to play oasis yet, but it looks REALLY spacious and doesn't look like the control points are easy to defend.
Custom games should be more stable now if you guys wanna try Oasis again.

honestly, eichenwalde's biggest offense is the first choke. everything past that is pretty decent.

The last part of eichenwalde is terrible since you're forced to enter through 2 very small doors after breaching the big door (since it closes, thanks for nothing Blizzard). It's a worse version of Gibraltar after capturing the 1st point with the difference you have 2 small doors and a small window while Gibraltar has 4 entrances.

for fuck sake, now it's time for the "Team survive but will never attack and will play like they are on defense in attack" quickplay game every fucking time, my team are always close together, but they just don't attack the point! We're at the damn chokepoint of hanamura, and i've seen nobody try to flank left and right AT ALL! Torbjorn turret and bastion combo are SO. FUCKING . ANNOYING, let's not forget the classic MEI there to COMPLETELY block the chokepoint itself, and if we try to cap? NOBODY MOVES BITCH! MEI'S FREEZING YOUR ASS! Add in a DAMN widowmaker that you can't even flank because you're too far and she's too well protected and good luck to win! ( team playing like they were on defense are pretty good defensers anyway ; We won all our defense round without them even capturing the first point while we had it!
