Is it just me or are the queues to matches in this game weirdly long sometimes? For my placement matches I had to queue for about 4min on average.

Check your sampling frequency in windows. 44.1khz does that for me, 48 or a multiple works.

They even had a Torbjorn on offence in competitive. Who kept trying to set up a turret in the same place in Gibraltar (right above when it goes down.) And then he managed to put it on the payload.

Finally finished my weekly loot boxes from the arcade by winning a match against someone who didn't leave (and was also pretty cool about the match), and got Explorer Winston from it. Feels good man.

I placed higher than what my final S2 rank ended up at which was 4040 something (though not season high it was higher)
I just lost 3 game because of the same shitty player who absolutely refuses to play anything but DPS (and is terrible at it), then I won one game and gained like ~100 SR from it

I believe early season you gain and probably lose more points than what you'd do mid and late season
Started at 2350SR, managed to crawl up to 2479.

I was really hopeful that this season would bring better matches but I consistently outperform my whole team, except that doesn't matter in a 6v6 game. I'm not just saying that btw, last game I had I was a Mercy in Anubis because even after explaining that an Ana would probably end up being better because we had a Lucio (bunch up, nade them all and Aoe healing is suddenly much better), they busted my balls and demanded Mercy because "Defending and Res"... Okay, this meant however they had to protect me as I was being hunted down by a Genji and a Pharah, constantly. In the end I had Gold with 5 objective kills. We lost, of course.

I run the game at a solid 90fps maxed and I'm running on a shitty R9 380. I'm guessing a decent card could get 250 easy.

You know, I think I'd hate Nano-Genji a lot less if Nano Boost didn't increase his damage by 50%, that seems a bit ridiculous for the best burst-damage hero in the entire game when using his ultimate. Without NB, Dragonblade deals 120 damage per swing, and Swift Strike can deal a moderate amount of damage at 50. But when he's nanoboosted, that jumps up to 180 and 75, meaning, in a few seconds, Genji can deal 255 damage to any character in the blink of an eye, meaning he can kill 17 different heroes in the game in under two hits.
I would take extra movespeed over extra damage any day.
At this rate I'm gonna roll less than I did on S2, first game no one could understand how to kill a single lucio then second was pure salt match resulting in a guy leaving.

But if it makes you feel better Im pretty sure Replays run better than the actual game. I dont think I'm frequently at 300fps
