Overwatch - Ver Fast Sombra Hacking at Incredible Hihg Speed

A 1v1 duel brawl or even permanent mode would be interesting. Would be a nice way to practice aim.
Oh wow, i will waste my shield for 1 DPS? Winston is supposed to jump, hurt and escape afterward, his obejctive is to be a distraction for the enemy team to let your team kill them.
Generally if it's 1 DPS i just jump around and jetpack around the DPS.
Hey if you don't drop the shield, you might as well:
-Feed
-Take unnecessary damage
-Take more unnecessary headshot damage
-High probability that you get shot down on escape since you didn't put the shield.
-Not even have time to do anything because burst damage
If you don't put the shield it means you either are 100% confident on killing the enemy without taking lots of damage. The team can back Winston up but it's also up to him to decide when to dive and commit.

General
- Sombra has a passive ability called opportunisic, which allows her to see enemies though walls if they are below 50% of their health.
- She has a total of 200 health (all "normal" health).
- Her SMG has a clip size of 60.
- Her SMG spread maxes out very quickly, then stays the same for the duration of her spray.
- Turrets cannot target Sombra while she is invisible.
- Healing an invisible Sombra as Mercy will not reveal her to the enemy (shows the beam to mercy, but does not reveal anything to the enemy).
Teleporter
- Here teleporter stays up for 15 seconds before disappearing.
- The enemy cannot destroy her teleporter beacon.
- If your teleporter has already been thrown, you can still teleport to it if you are hacked by an enemy Sombra.
Hacking (In General)
- Hack range is 9-10 meters.
- Hack takes between 0.5 and 1 second to activate.
- Taking damage cancels the hack.
- Hacking an enemy lets you see their health bar and ultimate status.
- When you hack an enemy, the ability cancel lasts 6 seconds, but your ability to see their health/ult status stays for 20-30 seconds (this applies to her ult, too).
- You cannot hack though barriers/shields.
- Hacking an enemy Lucio will stop them from switching songs, but will not actually stop the song itself.
- Hacking someone who has been nanoboosted will not stop the nanoboost, but they will not be able to use their abilities.
Hacking Health Packs
- If you hack a health pack, it will recharge at 3x the regular speed for the duration of the hack.
- When you hack a health pack, you can see a purple Sombra skull above it. The skull acts like a timer bar, slowly decreasing to show you how much time is left on the hack.
- Health packs stay hacked for 60 seconds, but if you hack them slightly before the hack disappears you can "refresh" the hack countdown (when the skull is below 20%).
- You cannot hack health packs during setup.
- Enemies CAN see which health packs you have hacked, as well as the hacking meter above it (so they know how much time is left).
- Multiple health packs can be hacked at the same time.
Sombra's Ultimate Ability
- Her ULT uses line of sight, not pure range.
- Her ULT destroys both physical shields (like Reinhardt's shield, Winston's shield, etc.), but ALSO destroys shields in the health bar, such as Lucio's ULT (it's a direct counter to it), or other health bar shields (this would really hurt Zenyatta or Zarya, as the majority of their health is made up of shields).
Cooldowns
- Teleport (E ability): 6 seconds
- Hack (right click ability): 12 seconds
- Invisibility (shift ability): 6 seconds
Some other useful tips:
- Sombra's clip feels like Tracer's but it's not! It last a lot longer than expected, so make sure to use the whole thing (don't just spray a little bit and reload).
- One useful thing to do as Sombra is sneak into the back lines, place your teleporter on a health pack, try to get as many kills as you can during the 15 second teleporter uptime, then teleport back to the health as soon as you are in critical danger. Doing this can safely secure 1, 2 or even more kills without really risking death.
- The enemy cannot destroy her teleporter beacon
I hope they intend of changing this.
Sombra starting to sound like a must have pick on any team.
Keep in mind they've said a few times already that the build they have at Blizzcon isn't the same as the one ready for the PTR.
I'm 100% sure Sombra will get changes before she goes live once people get a better understanding of how strong she is on the PTR.
Is there still no info on how long her ultimate silence is? If it's longer than 3 seconds (Which is even still too much for an large instant aoe) then it's going to be incredibly overpowered.
I don't see any possible way for Sombra not to be completely OP once she gets in the game. I know a lot of times whenever a new *something* in any game is released it seems OP at first but players then learn to play around it, but Sombra's power seems to come not from the fact that her skills are good, but that she's got a lot of them. You could make 2 or 3 different heroes from Sombra's moveset.
I mean, she has\can do:
1) SMG
1.1) Lots of Damage
1.2) SIXTY BULLETS
1.3) Literally how could it NOT be a straight upgrade to Tracer's guns?
2) Skill: Camo
2.1) Makes you invisible
2.2) Acts as a movement skill (speeds you up greatly for the duration)
2.3) Only 6 seconds cooldown
3) Skill: Teleporter
3.1) Acts as horizontal mobility by throwing it far
3.2) Acts as vertical mobility by throwing it up
3.3) Is a straight upgrade to Tracer's Recall
3.4) Only 6 seconds cooldown
4) Skill: Hack
4.1) Prevents skills from being used if used on a Player
4.2) Prevents turrets from shooting (as if turrets needed to be more shit than they are)
4.3) Prevents healthpacks from being used, which doesn't sound too bad until you consider than Sombra's probably gonna engage with people far away from their healer when they can only use healthpacks
4.4) SHOWS YOU ENEMY ULT PERCENTAGE
5) Ult: EMP
5.1) Instantaneous, not telegraphing
5.2) Destroys all physical shields (straight upgrade to Dva)
5.3) Destroys all health shields
5.4) Prevents all abilities from being used
5.5) SHOWS ULTIMATE CHARGE OF EVERY PLAYER IN RADIUS
EDIT:
I Forgot
She has passive wallhacks

I have a feeling Winston will probably tear her apart because she has 0 shields

Winston is good against all 200hp heroes, not just sombra in particular.
Other 200hp heroes also don't happen to have a 60 bullets SMG
im just waiting for her to make it out of PTR without any single changes

No way that's happening, that would make Blizzard the most retarded company on planet

i wouldnt doubt their retardedness at this point tbh if they think her kit is already a good idea
everyone is gonna main her now.. she's the new genji. Well, the second genji.

She can't get sick team shutdowns on her own, and taking damage interrupts pretty much everything she does.
At least the quickplay hero limit is gonna keep there from being Sombra stacking for weeks.
On the other hand there's gonna be a bunch of people getting pissed that they can't play her... Ugh.

Deal with it :v:
the vicious cycle of hero release
.. she'll be on the PTR anyway, once she's released in the live game everyone would have already tried her.
I don't have the PTR, too lazy to install it with my shitty 1mo connection
but it's the only vestige of the whole information warfare part of her character that actually made it into her design
but it's the only vestige of the whole information warfare part of her character that actually made it into her design
Well, hacking people gives you ult and current hp status... So, not the only part that made it.
but it's the only vestige of the whole information warfare part of her character that actually made it into her design
well it's garbage and it goes in the trashcan
plus the only thing that stood during sombra development was her teleporter, they wanted to develop her around it.
[editline]5th November 2016[/editline]
Well, hacking people/EMP'ing also shows their status.
but how is it relevant in combat situation? She's vulnerable during that time and attacking her will cancel it, the only point is when you want to attack someone from behind and even then, they will know that you're hacking them and quickly turn and kill you.
Especially pharah. Pharah and junkrat splash damage will be useful in finding Sombra.
(still waiting on that buff for pharah blizzard, buffing D.Va and not buffing Pharah?)

Well, hacking people/EMP'ing also shows their status.

Sombra looks like Vaas.
Did anyone else think Sombra was going to be a lot younger than 30?
I really hope all this complaining about Sombra doesn't cause her to be pretty much nerfed to uselessness by the time she even hits the main game.
