Apparently an old feature that got removed was that souls collected by Reaper meant Mercy couldn't revive them :v:

At the time, that probably sounded like an awesome idea considering their characters are total opposites but when it comes to gameplay that would be fucking horrible

I call bull on the positive feedback part. That ARG was a train wreck from start to finish. If they want to do another one then they need to see how Valve handled it with Pyromania or MvM.

Portal 2 had one as well, the one where community figured out the website to unlock a release date timer for the game itself.

I checked and there is a robot outside attacker spawn but it's not that one. It still looks familiar to me though, maybe it's somewhere else in the game or maybe I'm misremembering.

It's close enough, possible that stuff just got shifted around with the actual map as the very general layout does seem to match up.

Roadhogs hook is very straight forward to fix:
Firstly the hitbox is too large and consequently too forgiving for what his hook is supposed to be: a skill shot.
The hitbox needs to be reworked and made smaller.
In exchange the pull distances need to be standardized so that you no longer need to do the sidestep hook nonsense so that his combo can be more consistently applied
How much do you want to bet that during seasonal events they remove the rewards from arcade mode.

It really seems like something they would do. I mean they made it to where you can no longer get 20 free loot boxes after leveling up to 100. I swear the excuse they gave was just to hide the fact they didn't like people getting those easy loot boxes during events. As reasonable as the excuse was.

The "I'm support suck my dick" mentality is more annoying than any Hanzo instalocker could ever be. Healing is vital to winning, but so is shielding and killing. There's nothing special about supporting. Imagine a DPS player telling a Mercy or Reinhardt main to switch to DPS because they pointed out they're playing Pharah against a McCree, Soldier, Zenyatta, and Ana. You're doing exactly the same thing with exactly the same results.
