It's a shame to see the Arcade 3v3 become like URF in League, where people just abuse whatever is best once they learn what it is.
I had such high hopes for this playlist but the map is honestly so incredibly unfun when ultimates are barely ever used. I feel you should either have it charge faster or just have it at the start of the round.

His rivet gun is SO fucking satisfying to use!

Yeah, Overwatch will also feature dialogue options and you'll be able to persuade the OW members in joining your hacker cause.
All we know about the eye is that they're Sombra's superior(s) of sorts. They're the one who "spotted" her in the animation.
As for Omega-face, I'm pretty sure that's an Omnic. Probably like Athena. No clue why he'd have a connection to Reinhardt, unless he's the Crusaders' AI?

As I said in other Forum, maybe this organization is a mix or illuminati and Big Brother.
We can see clearly all the other big organizations are connected with the Eye.
