It's a completely even ground. Nothing's unfair, you're just worse than your opponent. Why are people so hesitant to admit they're worse than someone.

One of the best thing that can happen to me while playing Genji is deflecting an Ana's sleeping dart towards another enemy, putting him/her to sleep

Genji doesn't actually block melee damage, he only blocks Rein's hammer and (probably?) Torbjorn's hammer because they're considered melee weapons. If a Genji deflects near you, you can easily quick melee him.

yeah, when getting hit by a quick melee whilst deflecting in the direction of it you get a grey hit indicator on your screen.
