Blizzard NEVER updates the hero info pages. All of them save for Ana and Sombra were recorded in beta and haven't been changed since. D.Va's page still shows her mech dealing damage to her and Defense Matrix being an ability with a cooldown.
Zarya's hero page also doesn't mention her charge gimmick at all iirc.

It does (it's listed as her passive). But there isn't a video that demonstrates it and the textual explanation doesn't really explain how it works.
It's evidently a non-issue, because nobody really seems to care about the hero demo page. At least, that's what I'm inclined to believe considering people queue up for games without knowing what specific heroes can do.

Because the Practice Range runs on a server, not locally.

+75 dmg per clip is really noticeable. A well timed Tactical Visor can erase more than half enemy team.

I don't think S76 is gonna make it super big but he'll be useful in certain situations. Just a reminder that current S76 doesn't have the old 4 rapid burst that he was known for, McCree still works well for accuracy.
He's probably going to be used for defense against chokepoints since the enemy will have little room to avoid him.
Edit: i mean S76 doesn't instant recover with 4 burst, he recovers faster but not like before.

Tactical Visor + Nanoboost ignores the slowdown that Nano got. Things like D.Va's Defense Matrix and the armor spam is really the only thing that can slow it down.

She can stay in the sky longer yeah, but what does she benefit from being up there?

A smart pharah doesnt go airborne in the middle of the map. Pharah is all about unconventional angles and aeriel flanking. Pop out from a location no one is paying attention to, using a wall for cover, fuck them up and leave when they figure out where you are. Prioritize characters who can counter you. Pharah isn't trash at all. Before the buff, my k/d was 3.41
I was playing Ana earlier with this Zenyatta who was just being really passive and slapping people with Harmony/Discord, not launching many attacks unless they were at like, huge tanks or something. it's the last push on Hollywood, he's the only one alive and I'm like "well it's do or die now" and I nanoboost him, he goes fucking full Omnic ninja and wipes 5 of them out himself.
I wish we had a replay system for this game, since it wasn't my PotG I didn't get the chance to record it.

is it just me or do sombra ults usually just go "wander into the middle of the enemy with none of your team around, ult but your team isnt around so theres nothing to capitalize off of, and sombra immediately dies"

I wish my team would recognize the importance of taking out a genji so that, on defense, bastions don't get murked instantly.
i really wish the game would actually tell you how many penalty games youre gonna get if you incur a leaver penalty because i would have stayed in the match if i knew i was gonna go from 0 penalties all the way to 15 (or at least not make it 15 all of a sudden like that what the fuck), but guess im back to not giving a fuck about leaving matches
Did my HoTS matches for the Genji skin, ended up liking the game a bit, probably gonna play it every once in a while now.
we should collectively, as a community, decide to stop using roadhog in 3v3
I suspect Blizz will just nerf Hog on 3v3 so his cooldowns are much longer.
3v3 is very tilted towards characters with healing abilities. I feel like adding health kits would help promoting other characters, though in a way Sombra wouldn't just make the meta worse.
roadhog is meant to get single target pickoffs at the cost of being the biggest ult feeder of any hero, but in 3v3 single kills are much more important and ults don't appear nearly as often because of the short rounds.
Maybe make 3v3 retain ult charge between rounds and make it go first to 5?

Pharah is perfect as it is now, it's just that there are not enough good Road/McCree/Soldier (which is in my opinion worse than McCree and a harder counter than him) in the game.

Blizzard can still decrease her cooldown and makes her concussion blast more consistent, i mean what the fuck, sometimes they fly away and sometimes they just get nothing. I think when the enemy moves in the concussion blast itself, it will cancel it because the air controls in this game is quite forgiving.

the mask is what makes the skin but the maks looks like the spys Noh mercy mask which reperesents a "jealous female demon" which i dont feel is....fitting?

No. Why is it a nerf? Do you really need pushing the enemy around to make it harder to aim, and do you really believe that it makes it harder to aim for them?
If anything, this is a neutral change, it's not a nerf, nor a buff, but i missed many of my direct hit because of the knockback.

As far as I understand "oni" are just a type of yokai/demon that are very strong and inherently evil. Typically male, actually.
