I'm at the point where I instalock Sombra and then switch right before the match starts (or, on the rare occasion that she's definitely the best pick for a situation, stay with her) this has significantly improved my experience with sombra instalockers that are terrible, ruin games, and refuse to change.

i have won a single 3v3 out of the 8 i have played so far

I still have to win the 1v1 mode. Many battles were lost because I panicked and left the enemy with a few hit points. I can swear as time passes my aim gets worse.

The trick to winning 3v3 and 1v1 is to realize that crouching removes footsteps

Sombra is great, I translocate behind the enemy team and kill one or two supports before translocating out I have a hard time contributing straight damage tho. It might even be harder to do than as Tracer

I'm now 10/10 on won duels neat
