Why can't I use my skills against some thing that's more than 2 levels below me? Is this a thing in game or am I having problems?

I dont think returned will be purely undead. I mean a big part of the Firran story quests was that necromancy is bad, and being allied to undead would probably go against that.

Do you mean the quest arrows? I somewhat don't even notice them. Never did in the first place until someone complained that they were gone during a lag. Also Birdman, go and become a part of us. It was a good decision. Thanks to Alexojm I raised my Doomlord's damage potential a lot.

as much as I hate to side with getting the boat destroyed more often, giving it a de-summon time would be slightly more fair. as it stands you can save yourself at the drop of a hat.

The inherent problem here is that if you approach a ship and they're wise to you, they can instantly despawn their ship and swim out of view, stealth, whatever, and avoid you til you go away. Then when you're gone, they respawn the ship and carry on like nothing happened. the only way to really prevent this is to land a cannon shot on their boat I think, preventing despawn for a short time. Apparently this doesn't work with harpoons, as I've been harpooned and successfully despawned right there. team player killers will do this quite frequently along trade routes, like the coast north of villanelle to whatever that port city is on the north side of the little peninsula there. They ride the trade routes and ram/harpoon anybody carrying junk and take them, and they'll know where the pack needs to go from there.

I think Trial chat restriction is clientside, which would explain how they can still speak.
