My gear has changed a little bit as well. I now have a divine upgraded Serpentise shield and a tier 4 divine obsidian sword although I intend to swap it for a divine tier 5 shortspear soon. [t]http://i.imgur.com/kqmIBYT.png[/t]

I thought I would make another post as I got a shiny new home and upgraded my gear some more. I might be miles behind MrFlashcat but I just hit the 5k dream for myself. For my gear I got the shortspear I wanted. I was originally just going to buy one at divine T5 but I ended up deciding randomly to just buy a celestial T1 on the auction house and yolo it. Thankfully it went divine. I replaced my tassets so that I could use the new revitalizing cheer gems for more heal and I got the 500 warrior medal vambraces. Also up until now all my accessories have been crap so I changed them to something half decent. I changed my instrument as I wanted a different 300 warrior medal type and my bow was complete crap so I just bought one not as crap and gemmed it. I just put the gear I have changed in the picture. I bought an upgraded farmhouse in Diamond Shores near the Nuian Plaza. I got the rancher type so I can put animals in the pen as well as plant seeds. Stuff also grows on it and you can get quests that give a little bit of gold and gilda from a jar on it. The water thingy on the back gives near a full stack of water as well. I spent a few hundred gold to do a bit of decorating. The item goes in your inventory and disappears every 22 hours but you can just pick up another one for free and then it stays for continuous usage.

How similar is the new player experience from the CBT? Have prices massively inflated, making the market hard to get in to? I remember watching the auction house for people mistakenly listing expensive items with low starting bids, and then setting a timer so I could "hopefully" scoop it up and flip it for a profit. Is that still a thing? It was pretty fun and profitable. Have the stealing mechanics changed much? I used to love going into the mountains to steal peoples' crops, I think I almost hit 3000 crime points from it. More importantly, where do I go to find some sort of tldr for a year's worth of changes?

Wish It was easier to know when a new server pops up. Kinda want to start from day 1 again. (message if you would kindly about that)

Also stealing stuff is the same as before. Auroria - continent where dungeons, fishing, grinding and occasional pvp happens. Continent has been changed here and there over time in design for Diamond Shores. Boat changes - You can now craft and regrade parts for boats like a character. Doing up a war ship is very expensive. Stuff like speed boosters and new abilities are available for ships. Obsidian gear - Weapons and armor that can steadily be upgraded have been added. Various class changes - Balances and stuff. Still more to come in 2.5. Bunch of events - Small mainly crappy events to get new things such as mounts, furniture, pets and pots. Often seasonal events. Some bigger events are abyssal where on some servers naval pvp happens. Luscas another ocean event where sometimes naval pvp. World bosses - Big ghost ship called Delphinad ghost ship that once killed drops 3k gold packs. Leviathan a big sea monster that (yet to be killed on EU-US) drops the design for a big ass war ship as well as gear. Anthalon a land based guy that drops gear. Gear score and gear checking - You can slightly get an idea of how well geared someone is by hovering your mouse over their hp bar to see a score. Players can disable it but you can see what gear they have. Housing upgrades - Building 24x24 or higher than now be upgraded. A new mansion type has also been added and in 2.5 a new tree house will be added. Heroes system - Players who participate in pvp and do world events can earn leadership points to put them on a leadership board and if in the top 20 at the start of each month can be voted into a hero role by players. 10 can be voted in old heroes lose status. Bunch of mounts and cosmetic stuff - costumes, gliders, mounts that can stealth, glide and do other stuff have been added. Fishing changes - Fishing has changed where you just go to a single spot type now and it is RNG what type of fish and size you get with each line that is cast. Fishing gives more gold than it used to and I hear it will increase more with 2.5. Guild changes - Guilds now have levels. The higher level your guild is the better buff your members get. There is a guild shop for stuff like lunagems and cloaks earned by doing missions that help level the guild. You can declare war on another guild for an hour. Probably some other things here and there I have forgotten but that is what mainly comes to mind.

So anyone still playing? I just started again and having a good time. Hopefully the P2W aspect is kind of gone, most people who whine about it haven't touched the game in months anyway.

I played this game a decent bit at launch but lost interest entirely when I took a small break and couldn't find any spots to claim for farms/houses any more. Is that still an issue or have the implemented a way to fix this? I don't mind paying a sub to make that possible but the housing/farming stuff was strangely addicting during the time I played and if it's still impossible to get a spot I'd rather not bother.

In the most wanted areas you can still be paying big money to buy land but you can get free land now in less wanted areas if you look around. This is providing your not on the most popular server going. ------------------- On a personal note I finally made an epic weapon and will be making it T6. Also made a nice offhand. They are making T5 and T6 upgrades cheaper now to make. The Inoch wings are actually on your back and look less silly. They are considered a new classification so where it would normally say "Glider" it says "Magithopter"

It's removing the RNG in crafting, Adding in 7 "successor levels" (like a prestige mode) which comes with some new skills, Next step in craftable gear, Another gear grade above mythic called eternal, Huge changes in Trade pack running, and 2 new zones.

Does this still have that horrible labor point system that made pretty much everything that wasn't killing monsters miserable unless you paid real money for labor pots or subscribed?

I played a ton on nuia side from 1.2- 2.x I'm interested in trying it out again on haranya. Do we know anything if the insane money nerfs are still in place? ie for fishing/larceny/treasure chests etc. As I remember the changes basically neutered most methods of making gold ingame. Also how are they handling Archeum and regrade gem stuff?
