main quest so far is actually very short but pretty neat, ended up beating it an hour ago. Got myself a nice 48 fat gildies but i need 2 more for my boat :(

From what I've read in this thread just change the name of the beta folder to alpha.

Oh my goodness. What a night. No screenshots, but No Party Hats and Usernameztaken and I had a long series of adventures. NPH and I began the afternoon by getting the last two gilda stars required to buy a harpoon clipper and throwing it together. It was a very painless process, since we already had most of the required mats (still had to buy a cloth pack, though). On our maiden voyage, we very ineptly attempted to pirate a number of individuals, not entirely understanding how to turn on friendly fire and mostly just harpooning friendlies and dragging them along. Eventually, some massive ship, presumably an Enzan Clipper, owned by the Fists of the Empire, showed up and demolished us entirely with a salvo of cannon fire. Our boat in ruins, we returned to the dock, and while planning to purchase the boat fixing item, spotted a level 39 with a harpoon clipper. Approaching him, we offered him 10g for a ride to the Eastern continent, planning to cast stuns on him along the way and borrow his boat. He demanded all of the cash up front, and we settled for half now, half upon arrival. Immediately upon leaving the port at Two Crowns, we spotted a rowboat containing a level 30 Fists of the Empire member wearing a specialty meat tradepack. We yelled "Follow that boat" at our captain, and fired the harpoon, dragging the hapless elf into hostile waters, where we unsummoned our boat and I hit her with lasso before we tore her to pieces. The trade pack sank, however, and this posed a problem. I attempted to dive down and retrieve it, but drowned on the way back up. NPH caught it, but also died. A large clipper was at the area as this happened, and we nearly wrote it off as lost. Returning with our captain and rebreathers, we salvaged the trade pack and completed our journey to the Eastern Continent. The second NPH disembarked to head to the trader, however, he was instantly butchered by an unstealthing level 50, as was I. Our captain fled. I mailed him the remainder of his cash. Now, with a broken boat requiring 5gs to fix, and sans 10 gold for our voyage, we were nearly broke. Pooling our resources, we mustered 5 and a half gold, and fixed the boat. At this point, we met up with Username, and began underwater mining with him as our lookout. Lots of mining and Hereafter stone crafting later, we found ourselves at a bit of a lose end and still mostly broke, since I was waiting for stone prices to improve on the auction house. I was summoned for jury duty, however, for the trial of Adolph. Things looked grim for Adolph, as the Hitler comparisons began stacking up. We began to wonder if he was truly on trial for one murder and several stolen radishes, or if he'd in fact murdered several million more people than the immediate evidence showed. As I stoked the fury of the jury, I began PMing Adolph regarding a bribe. We agreed that he would pay me 5g if I convinced everyone to let him off, which I did. In return for my work, he decided to pay me 10g instead. While he was doing this, however, he disconnected. One of his guild mates mailed me 10g to cover his debt. As soon as he logged back on, Adolph also mailed me 10g, establishing the trial of Adolph as a personal best in my career as a corrupt juror. Meanwhile, NPH and Username were busy pimping out an elf and offering romantic river rowboat cruises. The general profits of around 40 minutes of absolute fuckery were about 30 gold. Things got a bit more boring after that, as I decided to actually do the main quest (neglected until level 35), NPH ran some safe land trade routes, and Username leveled beyond 12. I had a hilariously good time, and it was full of refreshing emergent gameplay.

I mentioned a few days ago, that my account was hacked, where I lost some gold and all store credits. At the time I messaged support regarding what happened, and was wondering about potentially restoring the credits etc. I've since retaken control of the account of course, and all seems to be in order. I guess when it comes to hacked accounts, they have to manually investigate things, and it might take a lot more time. Still I would've liked some form of a response, as it's been 3 days since I sent my support case. On another note, shall we make another attempt at creating that Facepunch Guild of ours? Once I get a spot for my small home I will happily make its usage set to family and guild so until we get something bigger it can be the FP guild house. On another note if anyone wants the FP crest I can make you some if you ask me in game. I can give 2 to each person one for a cloak and one for a ships sails if you want them. I should be in game most of today just add me I use the same name as here alexojm.

I figured we've got to decide on a name, as I can already see enough people online to make the guild. Let's give it some more hours perhaps, to let people in other time zones chime in on the name thing.
