Boy I sure would love to be able to play the game, at least just to idle off the last 22 minutes of my jail sentence. But the gods have decided "Fuck you kid you're not getting in our game" and disconnect me within a minute of me logging in EVERY TIME

Another day another story. My day starts out with a bit of questing but naturally you always get some guy who thinks he can jump you so you have to teach them a lesson. This did end up getting us enough crime points to be summoned to court once dead. On my jury was a member of the Crimson Order who decided to convince the others I was deserving of the max sentence. Once I got out you can just tell everyone goes afk whilst in prison. [t]http://i.imgur.com/P0jpZnq.jpg[/t] Now onto I guess you could call the slow adventure. Jonoporter got a vehicle and we tried to hop on for a lift all the way down south. Everyone kept falling off. This caused us to try and get around but our vehicle ended up getting stuck. After 7 minutes Jonoporter could use an ability called riders escape (or something like that) and it set the vehicle free. I was not sure if I would beat them. I'm almost turned off from ArcheAge simply because they keep constantly emailing me about beta events starting and ending and upcoming events and changes, and I'm not even invited to them. Like I give a shit then?

I fucked up trying to swap my alpha download from my HDD to my SSD and had to repatch. Finally get in and all the NPC's are gone. On a second note, anyone tried out skull knight? Seems cool on paper but I haven't leveled up enough to understand how you can use a caster type class with plate armor and a shield. My star spell from occult is hitting for like 2 damage a tick.

You really really need a magic damage weapon if you want to use Mana Stars, I think it has a 50% scaling.

If you're doing a melee based character skip mana stars it's a waste of a skill point. I'm doing a Bloodreaver ATM (Battlerage, Auramancy, Occultism) and jumping right to Occultism's AoE attack works best. I charge in (Battlerage), drop the first two Auramancy spells (Can't remember the name), then if it's a group of 2+ around me I drop whirlwind and the occultism AoE Kills shit fast

From what I was reading, skull knight was a great tank build that is viable in pvp. I appreciate the feedback though, it is difficult to find updated threads since a few of the changes made, video and guide was from a korean dude at arche-base.com. Might just roll darkrunner in the mean time. Seems pretty straight forward.

Question: do the PKers camping trade routes have anything to lose from doing so or are the guys carrying trade packs the only ones risking anything?

Comcast made changes to how they send traffic so when it reaches Trion's servers it fucks with all other ISP traffic that tries to enter. That is why the game was stuttering. Comcast don't appear to want to change their mistake so the dev's are having to change their network code so Comcast data does not affect other ISP data. Also a patch was released and servers are up but closed whilst they test they work for sure before opening them up to the public.

I really really really want to like this game, I also have no problem paying for patron status but it just feels too much Asiatic / Eastern MMO... The models, the clunkiness of the engine and the lack of polish just turn me off ;( What can I do?
