Just keep doing quests at the area containing enemies corresponding to your level until you are able to get to the next main story (green) quest.
[editline]23rd August 2014[/editline]
Wait until you get to the elite quests that require you to participate in a specific event that happens at seemingly random intervals around every hour and the only hint you get of when is "between 2am and 2pm".
If you're talking about the undead army at Forgotten Ruins or whatever, it very clearly shows where it happens and says it happens every day at 2AM and 2PM, not between there somewhere.

That's an elite quest :suicide:

Apparently if you kill the boss it despawns all monsters of which you need to kill 20. We desperately warned everyone throughout all the wait to do not kill the boss until we have killed 20 minions. We managed to kill 4 and now we have to wait 12 hours for another failure. I estimate 4 in-game days to get this done :suicide:
Eh, this labor point system is just killing the game for me. I can't actually do any of the things I want to do.
Only played a couple of hours but I really like the atmosphere of the game, it's a shame that it's going to be ruined when they start butchering the art style by releasing ridiculous unfitting clothes, literally every single korean MMO I ever played ends up like that, at release you have a great art style and down the line you start seeing people with modern days clothes and other ridiculous things.
You can already catch a glimpse of that by going to Mirage Island

Got it. Raid wasn't as retarded this time. Pictured: Clusterfuck of everyone returning the quest.
Also got glider :3 This game is fun.

There is a quest like that on the Eastern continent. I'm not sure if it's more bullshit or anything, but I've met up at 2am and nothing has happened, then after waiting for over half an hour, the enemies show up and instantly get killed by all the waiting players. Fortunately, I was in a party, so I got all the 20 kills I needed to get a hat. The whole event just seems to just be happening every hour or so, but I've never reached it without waiting for a ridiculous amount of time, which is annoying considering this is a repeatable quest.

It gets a lot better[sp]if you pay for it.[/sp]
[editline]|[/editline]
I kind of hate how you pretty much have to pay for this game in order to fully experience it. I'm pretty sure I'll stop playing after the 90 days of patron runs out unless the developers increase the labor income and make free players able to buy land without filling the entire place, but as proven already, that's pretty much impossible. At the moment I only seem to farm and do daily quests and sometimes get some leveling out of the way, but I'm pretty much forcing myself through it rather than actually having fun. I'm neither interested in doing dungeons or participating in PvP so I guess crafting and daily quests will be my only goal at level 50 as well.
So uh..how do i combo my attacks? i dident understood at all the game explanation...
also ugh, coming from GW2 combat feels sluggish, getting hit being metters away from a mob, no way to evade...

You cast a skill then you cast another.

Just like 99.9% of the MMORPGs.
So a few of us are on EU Dahuta. If you want to, anyone else who is on EU Dahuta, message Usernameztaken (me) so I can try and start to get a guild set up for us.
I've reached level 30 and am free to roam the world, only I dont really know how to get started into trade, there's no way I can afford the materials for a ship, nor get enough of the rarer materials for a trade pack, what do?

I could help you if you had picked dahuta...

Wait for release and do it all over again.
Figure out strategies for getting materials fast.
Whats a super quick way to get a garden?
Im thinking of playing to the quest and then riding ahead to the later-game levels and getting a garden there.
Have you unlocked your daily quests yet? Those are the only way to get stars from now on, apart from trading and doing dungeons as far as I've seen. It also marks when you've really reached the sandbox part of the game. For me it was at ~level 35.
As for getting a garden, just do the quests for the people who teach you proficiencies (the blue salt company IIRC, the quests are symbolized by a green clover instead of a question mark) and try to get through them as fast as you can. After a couple of quests, you are given a scarecrow garden and a quest to craft a "specialty" which will most likely require you to get a bunch of materials. All you have to do is grow your materials on your garden, go to the specialty workbench in a specific area and transport it to another area. Those areas are usually leveling areas you've already gone through, so those quests aren't hard at all, but it does take a lot of time to grow and transport everything.
You'll get a bunch of those quests involving carrying trade packs before getting a final one that asks you to transport a specialty to another continent. This quest is a lot harder, but intercontinental trades do allow you to get stars or materials required for higher tier crafts, so it is worth it. You also get your scarecrow farm out of this, which is a bigger garden. I'd recommend you to trade the specialty to the resource trader, as it will give you a material you need to make glossy oil, which you can combine with some lumber and your scarecrow garden to make a farmers workstation. However, in order to do that you first need to grind your alchemy to 10.000 and find a spot to place your scarecrow farm, which is pretty hard. That's the point I've gotten to right now at least.
Getting your stuff from a garden/farm takes a long time, but can be really rewarding. Also, if you want to keep leveling or travel to high-level areas, I'd just like you to know that war is hell and the enemy faction is full of assholes and smurfers who want to chop your head off. Good luck!
Cool someone left their Iron Pack on the ground on Kyprosa so i walked off with it, anyone want it?

So many fuckers with unbuilt houses! It makes everything look ugly as sin.
So whats the verdict on buying a founders pack? Would it be worth it or just wait for it's release?
So im in a small guild and we decided to do a freedich run to boost someone for a merchant ship.
Well there were 8-12 reds there, 7 of them being we are legend. We beat the first wave off, then about 20 red total red came in.
Then another green guild came in so we got the numbers, pushed them back, then philosopher kings came in with like 30 people with trade packs (omega's giant guild on east side)
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/vakpkDx.jpg[/thumb]
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/LiqJBfn.jpg[/thumb]
and then about 60-70 we are legend rolled up
[thumb]http://i.imgur.com/3CWjUmR.jpg[/thumb]
It was crazy, intense, and fun all in one.
Cool someone left their Iron Pack on the ground on Kyprosa so i walked off with it, anyone want it?
Same happened to me on the alpha server. You can loot it for 90 iron ingots and run off with it.
So whats the verdict on buying a founders pack? Would it be worth it or just wait for it's release?
That's really up to you. If you want to experience this game with access to farms and pretty much an infinite supply of labor, you can do so, but the question is if you want to spend 100€ on that.
So whats the verdict on buying a founders pack? Would it be worth it or just wait for it's release?
Wait for release and become a monthly patron instead.

I did this and also got a buttload of logs from my hidden trees, now i just need labour to craft them into lumber and i'm 2/3 to getting a boat.
I find it rather unfitting that everyone and all the npcs i've seen so far seems to be in their mid-late twenties and are all as pretty as your average teen romance actor.
[editline]24th August 2014[/editline]
Welp, just as i said that i found this one:
[t]http://i.imgur.com/nTCV436.jpg[/t]
I guess that makes it 99,9% of the npcs.
oh shit, i forgot to pick up the main quest at the beginning.
i'm level 25 now
[editline]24th August 2014[/editline]
you get gilda stars from main quests?
oh my god, now i have to do them all to get those fucking stars
I have not posted a story in a few days and that is mainly because I forgot to post them despite taking some pictures. I have mainly been pirating around the games world as thankfully my class is great for pvp. Some pics over the past couple of days.

Did some piracy on Freedich island. Most people stealth to the traders but being a Doomlord I have an ability that can push them away and then I can imprison them away from the trader to finish them off.

I like to make trade packs on the enemy continent then bring them back to ours and sell them for resources as it is safer quicker and makes you more money than trading on our own continent. This will normally get you 100g a day from doing 4 trade runs and yes only making 1 trade pack each run. You craft stuff from the resources you get and sell it on the auction house. 1 trade pack will get you 30 gold. When I craft stuff on Haranya they always try to kill me but they never win. They do kill my donkey from time to time though.

Now onto today's story. I found a guy afk sat at the wheel of his Eznan Cutter. I wanted to sail it but he was parked in a safe zone. So I pulled up the anchor then raised the sails and slowly pulled him into neutral territory. This took a while as it was only me pulling him and the rope will snap if I get off of the harpoon. So I had to keep reversing 70 meters then throw another harpoon and pull. The great war ship barely moved each time.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/WuXbKKK.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/aOpnWxA.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/9xbWkek.jpg[/t]
Once it was enough out of the docks that I could sail in front of it I did so that I could simply reverse him into neutral waters. Sadly I came across someone we had once killed and we had also sunk his ship so despite not knowing the afk guy he kept lowering the anchor.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/1DGOW1o.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/pT7hGMu.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/K3Y9WHR.jpg[/t]
Eventually after waiting for a bit he left thinking I would not be able to push the boat much further whilst he left to do something but what he did not realize is that I had already reached neutral waters. All I had to do was use telekinesis to move the afk guy from the wheel and off I went. If you kill the owner the boat will de-spawn after 4 minutes so I made sure I only moved him. Boat theft complete.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/1HCiGOF.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/2YhfDPx.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/vSAPd3q.jpg[/t]
I decided considering this guy was so adamant in stopping me from having fun that rather than just sailing around I would take the ship to the enemy faction and let them blow it up. Once he realized I was gone he quickly caught up in his clipper that is faster than the war ship. Now this war ship has an ability to boost it's speed for 2 minutes allowing me to escape and reach the harbor.
[t]http://i.imgur.com/75YF2Wg.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/Snu0InA.jpg[/t] [t]http://i.imgur.com/tFOGgXM.jpg[/t]
The enemy faction could see what was going on and killed Varcoe the guy trying to stop me. They spawned a Junk and we destroyed the Eznan Cutter. After we waved and I departed.

I always liked the sailor look most so I bought myself some more fitting clothes then transfered the stats of the gear I was wearing. This leather has the stats of level 50 plate armor now.

At what level and where do I find the quest to get the rowboat on Haranya?
Also, progress is reset once the beta ends right?

Unless they give you permission, sorta.
You'll leave behind footprints for it, and someone can come along and report you for it. If you get enough crime points, next time a player kills you, you'll be sent to trial.
I hate how my Elk is always 1-2 levels ahead. Sometimes i think he looks down on me. I'm probably gonna buy that bunny thing. Is it worth it? Is it better than the Elk? I suppose it's faster and jumps higher.
