Just so you guys know if you did not already they are going to implement or I think may have already implemented it so that afk people will be logged out after a while. (I think it was 45 minutes could be wrong.) The timer starts to tick down after you are given the away status and I think you have to be afk for like 5 or 10 minutes before that even happens.

Yeah your mount gets despawned after 5 minutes too, but I don't care enough about it to set up macros Just want to get my yata to level 20 so I can check out their jump, since they have normalized the speeds of mounts that's literally all there is to them. I hope they change it cause it's stupid

Heard this was pay to win. I read about the patron system, but apparantly you can buy pots that boost your abilities even further now? Is that accurate? I dont mind paying for a game but i just want to pay once or pay a standard sub and be done.

How do costumes work? If I'm wearing all cloth can I get a plate costume to cover it all up but keep the stats on my cloth stuff? plate armor looks sexy

You infuse the stats of one item onto the other. You will need a special powder to make one of the items the image item and you can get it off of the auction house for gold or the marketplace for credits. I loved doing this I wore a pirates outfit with the stats of level 50 plate armour from Hasla in the alpha. Now there are also costume outfits that have their own slot and just fit over your current clothing overriding the look. The founders plate armour is a costume item you can just take on and off.

So I just found out that you cannot put your own crest onto the founders "Desert Assassin plate" but you can dye it different colours. This kinda sucks I wanted to put my crest on it and as much as I would love to dye it red you need 30k proficiency in alchemy to make red dye.

Went exploring with a bunch of people and we found lava geyser things underwater with shittons of starshard veins I drowned

You can get oxygen tanks from boats that last 10 minutes or get a potion that lasts I think 45 minutes. There are 2 spots to do it and one of them is next to and partly in a underwater farming area.

Is fishing profitable? I was so happy to have finally managed to afford a fishing rod when I found out baits costed more than the actual rod. eugh.

Just starting out, and I would like to know what server/faction most of NA fp is on.

I really want to get I to this once it's released. Are there any EU Fpers here? Or would 152mb broadband be enough to negate the usual ping issues associated with playing in American servers?

You can bring in like 100g or more from each fishing trip. Be warned though fishing boats are constantly targeted by pirates because of their worth. Also fishing boats are really expensive and you probably wont be able to get your hands on one until you have been playing for a while and probably understand how everything works anyway.

I'm from NA, but I just tried out EU servers for a bit (will be playing more on it to see if anything wrong) So, far I'm down to playing on EU servers

Me and a bunch of other EU players played on alpha for a month that was US based and it really wasn't all that bad so considering we seem to have more EU players and we will probably be playing on a EU server I would not worry at all if you are a US player you should be able to play on the same server as us just fine.

I boarded an enemy ship but the crew were chill as fuck and we travelled all over the sea between the east and west continents. I saw a kraken attacking some beach too

Has anyone found any hidden housing spots?
