so i guess weekends are the worst queue times, because this is the first time ive been in one for over an hour. counting 2 hours, still got 500 slots to go

So apparently the water gets that really iffy black shader effect when you don't have reflections turned on. Too bad that it tanks my framerate like hell (even though I should be able to run this game at max just fine but I'll blame that on a lackluster optimization job).

Internet has been going up and down every day and theres 3.5k queue on kyrios... I took a nap and came back and it was down to 2.5k, but internet lost connection, however we got the cable guy to come out and internet is stable for now! Also what did I miss? The restrictions say NEFH, did the servers restart and I could have missed this insane queue?

Anyone got any tips for making gold? I went out to explore the ocean in my shitty little rowboat and found nothing, gonna start working towards a Harpoon Clipper now but no idea what I'd do with it to get gold when it's done and most guides etc are in Korean.

I run as an Executioner, but have been contemplating switching to plate. I really like the Agi I get from leather, as well as the set bonuses giving me very high attack speed, crit rates and evasion. All particularly useful because I duel wield, and I feel like it helps my DPS more overall than a plate set would. But the added Defense would make me less squishy. Also my bow is usually my opener, and I do get quite a few shots in, before getting in close generally, because Stalker's Mark is so good. So is it viable to run a melee class in leather?

So you may take a bit more from physical attacks, but not as much from magical. My friend ran leather on Alpha and he did really well. Also, eventually people will have the end game consumables that can boost your defense an insane amount, so you'll have high defense against both. As some people cannot create new characters on the servers with these restrictions.

I'm gonna run Battlerage and Defense. What else will be good with that?

gotta say i would rather that trion just bolstered the current servers instead of adding new ones to accommodate all the players, worlds feel really empty when you only see a couple people in any area, even high pop zones like the mines only have about 20 people at them.

And weird... i cant login in glyph or any trion sites they are just stuck for me on loading.....

EU servers are down for maintenance atm, so if you were in a queue be prepared to log in asap to get in. For North America players the servers go down for maintenance at 6am PDT, this is suppose to fix patron members getting in quicker so also be there to get in before there is an actual queue because I don't see it helping much if it's just setting priorities again!

Takes 12 hours to start playing.

I got in just in time to see the downtime announcement :downs: Oh well, right now I'm logging in just cause I managed to put down a scarecrow when I had patron, once it expires I'm going to wait it out cause these queues are pretty frustrating

I made my first character on Kyrios but it's only level 9 so I'm going to go back and start over on one of the new servers now so I'm not constantly hating myself for making the mistake of playing on Kyrios. Dai, you might want to edit the OP again anyway, character creation on Kyrios is disabled now so you can't really recommend it to new players. fixed to update that. I need someone to start working up a new OP though, the current one breaks if I edit so I have to do a LOT of copypasting junk in the meantime, new server is a dream queue, bouncing between 11 and 15 minutes as I go. Does anyone play on Salphira? What are the queues like with patron status there?

playing this isn't happening unless you're on a new server best to wait until they incorporate kicking on char select afk
