Even when the prices rise once you have obtained patron for the first time with the money you will make you will never find it hard to get it again. I like the idea of noobs learning the ropes and how things works first before they go taking up precious land. Also because once you have obtained patron once it won't be hard to get it again with gold it is only fair you pay for your first month as the game is free and you won't ever be in a position where you need to buy anything from them again. It is kind of tight and a dick move to have fun and never give them anything in return.

Some later ones, maybe. You don't have to join a (doomed to never join) headstart server to have fun now and have fun in a few months. Theres plenty of players to go around. Worst case they merge which won't be as big of a deal as people are saying - everyone gets refunded their property and then another landrush happens when the new server is born. I wouldn't even expect that to happen for a year at least so its not worth worrying about right now IMO

hoboy, i went down to see if the crimson throne docks were camped it as much as the harani camped their quest dock. Only two guys but one of them runs up to me, he's wearing no clothing and is level 9. All he says is "can you take me over the sea" Im like, "why would you want to go over there?" Not sure if this is old news. For you f2p people out there, here is a solid way to get labour whilst being asleep: Fill your inventory, shift rightclick on any coinpurse. The game will think you're not AFK because of the constant trying to open a bag.
