When your done, disband and do it again in another area. You lose monster xp, but it seems like you want quest xp more.

I would make a bad pirate. I went to go rob a tree farm and the owner was there so we talked a little and I told him he was pretty chill so I would only take one. Then 2 other people showed up to steal his trees so I was like meh, my boats done, you can have the trees.

I guess i'm gonna use one of the 45min breathing potions and just do the dodgy large farm trade run swimming slow as fuck on my donkey underwater.

You're faster swimming on your own than with your mount in the water.
