[QUOTE=Doctor Zedacon;47024351]That is great that it has been improved, and it makes me more interested in it. But he needs to update the store page then because right now it looks like ass. I mean, everything really just looks like an awful, unintelligible mess from those screenshots, which are the first thing anyone going to the store page will see. Its not a great first impression.[/QUOTE]
I agree entirely. I'll talk to nick about it.

Messing with motion blur
(if you wonder how, look in the top left corner)
Got the game and holy shit, the number of times i pass a stage because my design works is tiny compared to the number of times i pass by accident.

Reply to yourself, copy it and then edit your first post and paste it in, add whatever changes. Should work.

Figured it might've become too nerve-stirring and serious without a comic relief character
I don't even have this game, I just come into this thread because I love to see your guys' creations in action.
Enjoy your games everyone! They FINALLY put it on steam. HAVE FUN!
I made a flying thing Bioshock infinity/Ghibli style.

[editline]29th January 2015[/editline]
I meant Humble Store. I'm not allowed to edit today. :v:
Aw, I bought the game from their site, does that mean I can't play until we get the Steam keys?
Oh wait I figured it out

What happens if you separate two parts of a craft? Do they break off or stay magically in place?

Tried making a flying thing. It actually flies pretty straight. And then it doesn't.

Whoops, accidental swastika
Cannon walls are magical
The plow is.. interesting
[editline]29th January 2015[/editline]
Also the flamethrower model now is the torch coming off the barrel rather than the barrel under it

Aww man, I loved it's phallic look.
If you put wings on steering blocks on the sides and a flying block on the front of the aerodynamic base thing, then 1 more flying block on each of the steering blocks, with a little rebinding you get a little jet that can't turn but is aerodynamic as fuck :v:

I too liked the firey cock-like design

manuevable flying machine, don't know if it can carry anything but it flies and you can steer it quite well.
The top rotors are all on the num pad 0 key, the bottom set are on 5, the front on 8, and the right on 6 and the left on 4. It is flyable and can go in any direction, can turn around, can hover, and it can even right itself.
It's well balanced thanks to the balast block.
Much better now.

Another one. It's interesting, you can put the wings above the propellers because center of mass is way more important than aerodynamics. The wings are mounted on a steering block on a steering column, set to the numpad
i use the numpad for everything.
[editline]28th January 2015[/editline]
that second one can fly forever actually
Can we get a download link? That looks pretty rad.

I don't have Kerbal, so I made do with Besiege! :V

there's an actual helicopter, functioning, flies, directional control, hover, it's got it all. might even be able to make a bombing platform.
[editline]28th January 2015[/editline]
I'll happily provide downloads for these machines, if someone can tell me how exactly I would go about doing such a thing.
[editline]28th January 2015[/editline]
top rotor spins like an actual rotor would too

Never tried it, but from what I understand you should be able to save the machine, find out where the files are saved, and upload it to Mediafire or something.
I keep having trouble with fire, even after coating my machines in armor. It sneaks its way in and eats away from the inside, the wheels pop off, boom.
[QUOTE=HumanAbyss;47031295][t]http://i866.photobucket.com/albums/ab230/abyssal8908/Besiege_01_28_2015_07_42_12_zps7laislqh.png[/t]

Your savefiles are in yourbesigefolder\Besiege_Data\SavedMachines\ and in that folder is also a thumbnail folder. Just uploading the .bsg is enough, but it's prettier in the construct browser if you package it with a thumbnail.

Doesn't work if I want to preserve the huge quote. I don't know if I want to preserve that though :v:
Maybe I should just create a new OP.
just bought this, Have no idea what i'm doing and am stuck on the first level with cannons, Somehow I managed to pass all the levels before it though
[editline]29th January 2015[/editline]
nevermind cannon wall worked
[quote]Fixed single wood block not joining at tip![/quote]
Uh, shit, my catapult support relied on that :v:
Also bought it on steam ($3? count me in)
a cool challenge would be that of trying to complete every level with the same machine. wonder if anyone can pull it off.
