WOO I just found a cut scene skip in A Link Between Worlds!!! LegendOfZaheer tested it out and confirmed that it's a big time save! It only took me a few minutes to find it to. I had been watching Zaheer run the game for weeks and noticed that the scene where Queen Oren eats the fish and bloats up was pretty long, so I thought there must be a way to skip that scene based on what I've seen people do in the game before. Sure enough I figured it out and now I have helped optimize the current 100% (and possibly any%) route for ALBW. I'll post a video when Zaheer uploads it.

What happens when a record is set with something that is later patched out of the game, are those records void or is it considered a different record that isn't raced against?

Ultimately depends on the community, though.
