I've been having this nasty bug lately where the game gets stuck in the little cutscenes when you enter a garage. The vehicle disappears and I get thrown outside, with the camera stuck.

Also they haven't fixed the grocery store atm glitch since the game came out in 2013 and it's both sad and hilarious.

Cheburek and Michelli GT are now available. I'm not sure if my game glitched, but the Jester Classic is not available. I also didn't see any new transform races. I'll update this post if I see any changes to this.
Join a random lobby with modders and wait 10 minutes. There's a high chance they'll drop money on everyone.
You have a big hill to climb but don't worry, Uncle Biohazard will help you out.
If you are REALLY early, start by joining peoples in-game corporations or biker gangs. Do work for them. They don't pay especially well (although they pay decently enough) however you'll quickly get up to ropes on how to play. Join whatever double-cash modes are currently going on. You'll rank up stupid fast and get pretty decent amounts of money for a new player.
Later, do heists. Both the normal and Doomsday one. Mostly because they are a decent multiplayer story mode, but also because they pay decently and let you play with the Doomsday Heist toys. Right now you are climbing the game's biggest hill in terms of grinding as your goal is to purchase either an office or a biker clubhouse. A CEO office will eventually make you more money but is also pricier and will be the focus of this guide, but the big object you want to be saving for is a bunker.
BUY A BUNKER. Preferably not the one in Paeleto bay, although times are tough so Uncle Biohazard understands. I personally recommend one that is either close to a highway or the one near For Zancudo, if you plan on getting an aircraft hanger (which you should, mostly to store and modify aircraft).
At this point, you now want to grind more and purchase both the Staff upgrade and the Machines upgrade for your bunker.
Congratulations. If you keep your bunker stocked up and focused on manufacturing, you're looking at 1mil every 6 real-world hours. It's advised to actually do the grind to get supply for it, as the profit margins you will get is cut in half if you were to only purchase supply instead of sourcing. Research can wait until you have either an Avenger or Mobile Operations Center, the former of which requires a facility (and is expensive, but fucking awesome) and both of which require either a weapon workbench or a vehicle workshop installed in them. Oh, and when selling guns, sell to the place farther away for more cash. Always.
But what about my office?
Okay, so here's how you make very decent cash (320k every … hour? I don't time this shit...) while your boys in the Y2K prep zone are building you guns to sell. Alongside the office, buy a vehicle warehouse from your CEO terminal. Every time you see a vehicle labeled top-class? Immediately go and sell that. Do not sell Standard-class or High-class vehicles. This is because Securoserv sources vehicles from a limited pool and will not source vehicles that are already in your vehicle warehouse, meaning that if you have 10/10 Standard-class cars and 10/10 High-class cars, you will only ever get Top-Class cars. This is not a glitch, by the way. Not only would it have likely been fixed by now but it's instrumental to how Collections work. By the way, do not bother with collections. You'll only drive yourself mad trying to juggle what vehicles are needed for what collection and the bonus one receives for doing a collection is peanuts for how maddening it is to manage. The 2-car collection containing the Z-Type and Roosevelt is worth doing if you manage to pick up either. Just don't bother with the rest. Oh, and only do the Showroom Special.
And... there you go! At this point, it's all a matter of putting time into the game.
Now, some other tips
When selling guns/cars, if you have a sudden 'feeling' that things are going to go wrong, be it a griefer, modder or some doofus who don't know what the fuck he doing, press esc and select find new session. Your cars will be returned, and with guns you'll lose a small amount of them (and by small I mean a sliver of your product bar) but it's a way better alternative then some dickbag in a jet getting his grief on and trashing all of it.
The other decent avenues of getting pocket money are (as a Biker President or Securoserv CEO) doing either contract work or VIP missions. These are open-world and other players can mess with them/mess with you, but when you complete them you'll get bout 20k. Keeps the lights on.
You CAN make decent money with either a hanger smuggling cargo or selling drugs as a biker. The former requires a hefty time investment to make decent returns on, and the latter requires a time and ingame money investment but is otherwise an okay way to make cash provided you buy all the upgrades for a drug lab. Idunno though, I've never been able to really make it work for me.
If you are going to buy a shark card, buy the Criminals and Enterprise starter pack. Especially early on, the bonuses you get on top of the money are well worth it, and the free vehicles you get in it are more then one-time gifts - you can keep buying Dunes (as worthless but as cool as they are) for free! But I don't fault you if you don't want to buy into Rockstars skinner box either.
Don't do buy it now prices on Warstock vehicles. Do Trade Price by doing whatever missions they want for it. Doomsday heist for Doomsday heist cars, Gunrunning for Gunrunning cars, Hanger for Smugglers Run planes.
Pay close attention to the Rockstar Newswire for whatever is offering double cash for the week, as well as what deals. I'm not a Rockstar employee, but when I was grinding my heart out with this game the Newswire always let me know what was the moneymaker of the week as well as mystifying my friends with the way I simply knew what was the big cash-cow. Sometimes it's something really good. Double money on smuggling for instance? That turns the time-waste into a decent cash fountain for the week. Infact, I'll tell you how I have the George Soros (or if you preffer, Donald Trump I guess) levels of money. Twice that I can count, RS issued an event offering double money for gun sales. This meant that for the week, you could earn 2mil every 6hours by doing nothing (so long as you keep that supply up). I'm currently sitting on 3.5m, ready for the next DLC because of this. Had to spend some of my almost 5mil for some limited-time cars and bikes, you see.
I don't know how to end this so... yeah. Coin me if you found this guide useful, I'll crosspost it in the "Best way to make money" thread.

you joke but if you really want to "Just buy money" like that then you should grab the Criminal Enterprise pack, unless RS is doing a deal like they are now where they are giving you bonus cash for a shark card.
But don't do that either. Its double gunrunning money for the week. Time to top off my cash levels.
There's no reason to buy the starter pack that Rockstar offers even if you're new to the game. The only good property you get is the office and all the vehicles you get are pretty much useless unless you're just using them for freemode.

The only thing that needs to be released is the Jester Classic and some people have the optimistic speculation that Rockstar is going to fix up the many issues with it instead of releasing it. I would post a picture of it, but I'm not very happy about posting fuckhuge images and I'm not sure if I can thumb them like Oldpunch. Okay I'm hyped for that supra. I hope you can make it a proper tuner at Benny's.
Customization is apparently pretty bad on the Jester Classic. No liveries and you don't even get the proper Supra spoiler. It's also a sports classic car which doesn't make much sense.
Lots of people reacting negatively to the jester classic, I wouldn't get too hyped about it tbh.
I won’t count on it, lack of customisation, no liveries, low model quality that looks like it’s from GTA IV or a complete port of the SA model. Yeah I’ll keep my enthusiasm low if I were you.

You know what I'd really love? A functioning custom radio on the console versions. Have it use the integrated web-browser to get a video URL from YouTube that it'll stream. And only YouTube, that way we don't get anything fucky going on like what lewd.se supposedly lets you do with embedding malware inside images/videos.
And as much potential as it has for abuse, maybe just maybe let it play for other players. Yes it has a potential for abuse, but if someone starts playing Johnny Rebel or ear-rape through the car speakers, then maybe we can finally get the violent twat fumigation that Yahtzee wanted when they get enough reports to club someone over the head with, and they get their account wiped.
I really wish these new contact missions could be done solo. I prefer to be alone when a mission involves assassinating someone. I don't want some randoms to steal my kill.
Actually if you are on PC there's no need to do this.
Open task manager, go to performance and go to resource monitor.
In resource monitor go to network, rightclick on GTAV.exe and hit suspend process, count to 10 then right click again and hit resume process. Due to the semi peer to peer nature of the game, the game will think "everyon else" has disconnected and you will be in an empty public session. I have done this during bunker resupply missions with no ill effect and I think it will work with any missions (except ones that rely on you being multiplayer).
If you are about to sell your goods, do this little trick and you can sell freely and unmolested.

The biker clubhouse is in a primo spot and one of the bikes you get free can go toe to toe with an Akuma. The bunker is in a really shit spot... but it's still a fast way to get cash, especially combined with the 1mil or so money you are mostly buying this for (the extra stuff is like a 10$ extra).
Dune FAVs are also killer fun to drive around in, and the Frogger is a great helicopter to use until you get a Buzzard. Maybe better - I actually much preffer flying the Frogger for noncombat stuff then the blow-up-if-you-look-at-it-wrong Buzzard. The hanger is also pretty swell. Yeah, it's not one of the ones in Zancudo (giving you access to the base) however being able to go in and out of Zancudo is a relatively small perk. A nice perk, but a small one.
"toe to toe with an akuma" doesn't mean shit when the fuckin akuma itself is cheaper than most clothing in the game lmao, if you wanna get into speed with that overpriced bundle all of the vehicles don't reach top pace for racing. literally the only benefit to having a vortex over an akuma is that you can customise the vortex more

The biker clubhouse is the cheapest available and can be obtained by a new player after finishing around 10-20 jobs.
The free Vortex you get is slower than both the Akuma and Bati 801; both of which cost less than 30k if you were to buy them both and give you a better chance of competing against a Haku Drag or Shotaro.
A low level player is not going to have a fun time delivering guns from Paleto Bay to LS. They have low health, guns that are complete shit, and they probably won't know how to deal with a player that comes along to ruin their shit in some overpowered weaponized vehicle.
Dune FAV might be fun to drive around with, but it doesn't serve much of a purpose for a new player when they cannot even customize it until they pay for a MOC and vehicle workshop.
The Frogger has the benefit of being able to help new players get around faster, but 75% of the population is going to abandon it as soon as they get a Buzzard. It would've been better if the pack gave players a Buzzard because at least that'd give new players more of a fighting chance than anything else in this shitty pack.
A hangar isn't even listed as one of the properties included in this pack.
I'm sorry to be a bit aggressive with this post, but I really need to make it clear that there is nothing in this pack that makes it worth paying $39.99 for. New players are at a huge disadvantage when starting out in GTAO these days, but this pack does nothing to help deal with that. Experienced players also won't find any special use for this pack as it just offers terrible vehicles and properties that they could easily obtain anyways.
