I just booted up the sp vanilla just to see what gta without dicking about with mods is like there's absolutely fuckall to do you can shoot the police and pointlessly drive cars around though
If modding didnt existed then videos like this wouldn't be possible: Honestly very disappointed, I was hoping to start a project that was going to be alot like "things to do in gta san andreas(http://www.gtagarage.com/mods/show.php?id=1194)" mod but for gta v that gives the SP much more content after the storymode. Was hoping to alot of mechanics and side quests. Wouldve took forever to finish as I am an amatuer but I was looking forward to it.
For the upgradeable weapons is it possible to have both the old and new ones in your inventory? Or after upgrading you're permanently using the mkII one?

You can change it back to the old version though if for some reason you want your gun to be less powerful again.
BEND OVER HERE I COME [editline]19th June 2017[/editline] I don't get it
The rocket capacity may sound like a lot but is wasted in a few mins even when being conservative
I personally feel like the Mk2 carbine isn't that much better than the standard version. But it might be because I have it equipped with a suppressor rather than a muzzle brake. It probably would feel different if I had that installed, much like the combat MG which undoubtedly benefits from it, since that's pretty much the only choice. But yeah, something about the vertical recoil has more jump than I'm used to, so the standard carbine seems more controllable in full auto from what I remember. Damage wise, it seems pretty unchanged though, they both blow up gas tanks in the same amount of shots, so if it does do more damage, it's mostly unnoticeable. The only thing stopping me from reverting is that if you decide to upgrade again after reverting, it'll cost you money again.
Looks fukin great tho
The base MK2 Carbine doesn't really have many differences from the regular version as far as I know. The damage is only increased to 33 instead of 32 and the fire rate seems to be a bit faster. I imagine that if you used the right attachments, you could probably make the MK2 a decent upgrade from the regular one though.

I've reverted all my weapons and I didn't have to pay a dime to upgrade them again.
So i just lost a third of the money from a full cocaine warehouse because one of the trash trucks which spawned in the delivery mission spawned inside of my PV and destroyed both the instant the mission begun. Great.
All this stuff reminds me of how back in the day, I lost a good 75% of my money randomly. I contacted support and they said "We found the issues it'll return within ____ hours, in the the meantime check out our shark cards" it never returned
Most annoying thing for me so far was when my Oracle was replaced with the vintage oracle but all paint and stuff the same. It looked so hideous.
make a ticket dude
Shit, temptation spoke louder and now im screwed. [sp]Tried to store the Cheetah on my garage, needless to say i have a slot named "Downloadable Content Missing" now.[/sp] RIP GTA:O, you won't be missed at all.
Thanks to the friendly FAPS police officer which gave me and my friend a traffic ticket in the form of three pieces of armed C4 for not parking properly.
If people could stop being massive twats, that'd be fucking perfect. Just had my vehicle cargo destroyed by someone with the Oppressor, even though you get literally nothing for destroying it. I'm going to laugh my ass off when a year down the line, there's nobody playing because people don't want to deal with this shit. They'll be in a pickle when people just stop playing and all the prey there is for them start fighting back with the same OP toys.
Starting to really get back at the grind now and I'm trying to figure out my next purchases to make the grind faster and more efficient. I'm only doing CEO work with a small warehouse and using a buzzard as my main vehicle. What should be my next plan? Should I buy a large warehouse, a special vehicle garage, a motorcycle club, or a bunker? And what kind of strategy should I do? For example, I buy crates, then while the cool down between buys is going I play a VIP work mission and save that money in my cash. Rinse repeat until sell time them bank all at the end. I mainly rely on doing everything solo but I'll get a pal every now and then so if that's any help towards figuring out something good

And here we are. The thing that pisses me off the most about GTAO is that it keeps going despite this shit.
When they told to not try to store cars, i tought it would give an instaban. Apparently the car just disappeared. Like the old SP ones when you tried to do those. Thank god.

[editline]19th June 2017[/editline] Not like steal the car as the guy who started the mission, I mean go kill that CEO and steal that car from him
There needs to be a way to just completely blacklist stunt races tbh. I just want to do normal ass street racing.
"What's the worst part about GTA Online? The players! Let's make our next two DLCs about missions played in an open lobby!"
"I'm gonna turn my mic volume all the way up while I smoke so everyone knows I'm cool."
lol I'm gonna keep running around the map killing you with tools I paid 300 dollars on shark cards for haha I totally outskilled you. Rekt lol
I'm going to kill you with a tank while you're not fighting back and trying to buy clothes, then when you try to attack me back I'll use my macro to instantly kill myself whilst I brag in the chat about the kill score between us This actually happened to me, the guy had super autism, tried to claim that he had a livestream with 80k followers and that he was the leader of a secretive GTA pvp crew
If you complain about someone killing you after you killed them, you're a cunt, you've got 1 up on them, they want to balance it out, if you get pissy about it, you're a cunt, uninstall the game, play a singleplayer game instead.
Is there a way to keep playing missions solo without the game throwing me into a session of level 5 players playing on easy?
Anyone have the latest version of Menyoo PC trainer for single player? Its been taken down.

Its great watching a guy firing off more than one rocket every second and trying to pretend he's hotshit.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Grand_Theft_Auto_V#Critical_reception
Tbh, as unfortunate as it is, game critics shouldn't be used to gauge how good a game is anymore. They're not critical enough. They're not like food critics where they will tear your shit apart if your product is lackluster and barely a product at all, let alone a full-priced $60 one, they'll just give you a 71 average on Metacritic, which doesn't look nearly as bad as the 50% it would've been if they used more than half of the 0-100 scale, or better yet, the 4.9 rating given by the users. As fickle as people are, I'd rather have the opinion of average, everyday players. They're the ones who have nothing to fear from absolutely trashing a game and its developer, and will have seen the updates and post-launch restrictions and performance downgrades and are the ones who'll have that shit in full view of me when I go to buy the game. Plus, let us be reminded that GTAO wasn't even a part of GTAV for like a week or something, so those critics clearly can't review it. One of them even specifically mentions the lack of loading screens, but if he'd played the multiplayer, he'd have to go ahead and specify "in singleplayer" or just outright remove the statement because there's so fucking many in GTAO it's ridiculous. [editline]a[/editline]
Yeah I wonder like what.
I don't have much to give for similar games that have a better story (because that's my #1 complaint about my two favorite non-Rockstar open world games), but personally I'm a huge fan of Watch_Dogs's combat. It has actual functioning stealth and you can do a couple of neat things like set off enemy grenades and pop up bits of cover so you can hide behind them and, if the enemy hides behind them, pop them down to get an easy shot at enemies. It just seems a whole lot more enjoyable to me than the "Max Payne 3 but without diving, crouching, prone, slow-mo, or dual wielding" system that GTAV uses. Fuck GTAV would've been so much cooler with that shit in place. Right now it's just "generic TPS shooting mechanics except the gunplay is super tight" and I find that really boring, albeit passable.
