Is it just me or have oppressors and APCs been appearing less since smuggler's run dropped?

So Rockstar have definitely broken parts of the ocean where waves form with this update. Certain missions have you use the Tula to bomb a salvaging operation, and then dive to retrieve the supplies. Getting close to the area while you are in the water will cause parts of it to be displaced, deforming the waves above the surface. That's proably the coolest glitch I've seen in the game so far.

Is it worth getting GTA V again? Im getting a PS4 but ive only ever played the PS3 version. I want to get it for GTA Online but i dont think none of my shit will transfer anymore. Either way it looks like all the new good shit costs like millions and I dont feel like grinding from 0 for days just to get one decent vechicle.

Its not worth it.

It's kinda bullshit you can no longer transfer data. I used to play with my mate on xbox all the time, but stopped when he moved and had shit internet but he's finally moving again. And I know as soon as he gets online and realises he has to start at level 1 and remembers how terrible the grind to level 100 is he'll lose interest. I've transferred mine to PC, and the fact it's a solid 60fps with no screen tearing is a dream, I can't go back to the console version. New players right now are at such a disadvantage it isn't even funny [editline]3rd September 2017[/editline] I spose GTAO sort of teaches a cynical real life lesson that you've got to have money to make money

GTAO teaches you the only way to get money is by using counterfeit (hackerbux) money to buy businesses that'll make you legit money in a painfully long and slow process.
