Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V12 - GTA Online: We Have a Hacking Problem

Is San Andreas on mobile, specifically IPhone 7, worth the 7 bucks? I'm evacuating for Irma soon and need something to keep me entertained.
How does the "all in order" thing work for Heists? I started hosting jobs with my friend, we played up until the third heist (Humane Labs), the last setup (the stealth one, sneak in the EMP), then got tired and decided to start over. My friend started hosting the heists instead, the game warned me that the "all in order" achievement would be reset, I thought, okay, we completed the first heist, moved on to the second one (prison break) and the game warned us again, even though we reset the order (1,2,3 with me host, then 1,2 with my friend).
So, we're screwed? No 1 mil for us? I tried resetting the third heist and asking for the second one - the game still said it would be reset. What the hell?
Oh hey if you buy aircraft you'll get a 50% rebate
wonder how many hundreds of people are not going to get their rebate
ever
gotta control that flow of cash to confuse frugal players right babe
If you're curious about the performance of the three dripfeed land vehicles, Broughy did some testing:

As he says in the video plenty of times, these lap times could change a bit when they're actually released.
This dripfeeding shit is quite annoying, I do want that Rapid GT Classic though.
does anybody know what to spend four million on?
just ran the pacific standard heist, like, way too many times with my friends, and I've never had any amount of money around 1.5 millionish before. what should I get, or should I save up?

Get a Hanger.

If you're looking to make even more money, it might be a good idea to get a bunker(do not buy the Paleto Bay bunker) or a vehicle warehouse. Both are pretty decent when it comes to rewards, but be warned that both require you to be in a public session in order to do work and can get pretty repetitive.
At what RP level do you unlock everything possible from leveling up?
Can you both be a CEO and MC club president? What's the best bunker and hangar to buy if any?
In free roam, what's the best vehicle to destroy other armored vehicle? I saw someone had an armored Truck that was immune to Sticky charges.

Level 120 is when you unlock the Minigun which is the last item to unlock.
You can own both businesses at the same time, but you can only be CEO or Club President one at a time. But can switch whenever.
Anything with fast firing rockets.
Also if someone has a comprehensive breakdown of all the things you can do/buy/progress in (in regards to all the DLC) I'd appreciate it. Haven't played since release and all the new content seems overwhelming.

A decent amount of information can be found here (link to a guide on a subreddit).
It isn't 100% comprehensive in that GTA Online has a gargantuan amount of meaningless content that people haven't played for years (mainly past adversary modes).
While I don't recommend frequenting that subreddit (or indeed any if you can help it), I used this guide when starting out to get a decent handle on what you can do to earn some decent money and get a feel for the game. Do some reading and digging online, play the game and read about things you don't understand while playing, it'll all come together if you're interested/invested enough.

Edit: Here is a little post I made a month or so ago with a brief rundown on what method I use to make some reliable money once you have a CEO Office, Vehicle Warehouse, Cargo Warehouse and/or Bunker in place, whether or not it'll be useful is debatable, but I thought I'd include it anyway rather than typing a summary out. All the info above is a lot to slog through, but you can pick and choose some areas to focus on to begin with.
Thanks a ton, man.

Apparently, at level 135 you can unlock the last space for stocking up armor.

Speaking of that, whats the max profit you can get from a hangar?

iirc, like 850k, which is absolutely pathetic for the amount of work you put in.

Like what? I don't know the vehicles.

The Oppressor is the end-all-be-all "I have trillions of hacked GTA dollars and nothing else to do in this game" vehicle. Get a Bunker and an MOC and you can eventually upgrade it with homing missile launchers.
The Savage actually has some of the fastest firing homing rockets in the game. It is matched by the Hydra.
That new Molotok jet is pretty good too. You can spam rockets like crazy, and it has flares.
Man, coming back to the game on PC I was expecting hackers but wow I didn't think it would to be so bad. A hacker attached a giant cue ball mesh to my character. Hilarious really but man hackers just go around with impunity. There were also people spawning it flying bikes with heat seekers. TBH it doesn't really bother me too much, I just find it odd that they can spawn themselves infinite money but still decide to hack in matches. I feel like GTAO is pretty casual fun already, if you hack in a PVP match doesn't that just remove the little bit of fun you could have had?

You sweet summer child. The flying bikes with heat seeking missiles isn't a hack. Thats official.

Oh haha. How do I get my hands on one of those?

You can buy one on Warstock for a pretty high price. It requires a MOC to modify it which requires a bunker and the rocket modification requires research to be finished(this has the possibility to be very expensive or time consuming). You can also unlock a discount on it by doing MOC missions.

Jesus christ, this is why lots of money is a must-have
I don't even have enough money for fucking bunkers even
One thing I haven't even thought about until now: is helping out with Hangar missions as worthless as it was with Special Cargo Warehouse missions?
Like, is there any reason to even bother not being the CEO aside from just being a nice person and helping friends out?

If he wants to sell, you're there so he wont be fucked over by the cops with combat MGs in choppers during that one sell mission
the 2 times i've tried to sell solo i've gotten that mission and I got fucked over one way or another, so I always try to hire some people before I sell

Reminds me of this video from 3:07 to 3:30.

Hackers once again having the ability to crash you from session on a whim is really fucking frustrating. Not like they do enough annoying shit to begin with.
Anyone know any way to avoid this?
