Although i admit, Packie is a gr8 bloke i really liked his banter with Gordo and how he made fun of Michael (not from V) for being inbred.
I am now a quarter of the way done on my project to have all the Benny's vehicles, and the Sultan RS seems to be the best looking so far as a rally racer of sorts.
E: This new Stockpile mode is stupid. All it is, you spam missiles, grab flags and pray that your enemies are too stupid to mash the flare button. And then pray that your team-mates aren't equally retarded.

I really like the Sultan RS, but it's such a shame it simply cannot compete in the Supers class. It would have been great to have it near the top in the Sports class, or give it an offroad traction bonus like the Kuruma has, to stimulate the rally rivalry.
Speaking of which, I'd love a Kuruma Retro. Base it on the Evo 3/4/5 and give it some rally liveries and some street ones like the Sultan RS. And change the bloody handling so it doesn't roll over the moment you take a sharp turn.

That helicopter. The Banshee is fun - it really is, and a great racer until I can get my hands on a Nero but I need a weaponized helicopter before I go back to the car selling grind.
Wait, so can the APC be taken as a personal vehicle? Even better, can it be used in heists when applicable?

Honestly, hackers are the death nell of the online experiance.
You have three types, and sometimes they can combine. Theres Fun/Generous hackers who will spawn rare vehicles and cash or help you do freeroam missions by turning the car everyones in to a magical flying one traveling at Warp-9, you have Butthole Hackers who do things like blow everyone up indiscriminetly, kick people and that noise and finally you have greifer hackers who do dumb but annoying shit like above.
You know Rockstar, you'd prob have a lot more people buying your dumb little shark cards if you nipped this thing in the bud. Just saying.

It is a personal vehicle, but if I remember correctly, it cannot be used on heists or missions where you select a vehicle in prep for some reason. It should work in regular contact missions, but none of the contact missions are difficult enough to justify an APC(the explosive weapon can also fuck up certain objectives).

Yeah, you can't use the APC, but you can use the Weaponized Tampa and the upgraded Insurgent, both of which come in very handy in certain missions (but very less so or are disappeared in others). It's sad, because I was hoping to use the APC on the mission to go get that guy off the island, but no go.
keep getting a bug during import/export missions when I'm about to sell a car, but upon leaving the garage the world/textures glitch out and I'm stuck in the car, can't do anything but move the camera and bring the phone out
every time it happens with a top range car too, so that's 20k down the drain every time and no payout. can only leave the server which of course removes the car from existence without pay.
I googled it and loads of people have had it happen so many times you'd think it was patched, but of course not, R* too busy doing whatever the fuck it is they're trying to accomplish
hahhhahah quick update, some cunt was able to turn up and pull me out the car and drive away in it. he tried to shoot me but I took no damage and now I'm sat here unable to move. fucking amazing
So what are the properties with the multi-floored open garages? I've seen pictures of the vehicle warehouses but they look like workshops instead.

Executive Garages, you get them through Dynasty 8 Executive, which is the place where you can buy offices and such.
A good thing to note as well is you first have to select your current Office, only then will the garage icon appear
Also... are we ever going to get a Research Shotgun?
I know that the lowriders are supposed to intentionally look outlandish and bordering on gaudy, but I can't help but feel I've made a mistake with the color choice. Can anyone give a second opinion on this Sabre Custom?

I don't have any sources whatsoever on this, but they might return to gunrunning and the bunker at some point, there are spaces in the bunker that look either unfinished or could be pathways to new sections. Plus there are blue vault doors in there that could mean new add-ons like the shooting range (if you don't buy the shooting range it is just a blue door where the range would be), so it wouldn't be too outlandish for them to take a second pass at bunker stuff.

I like a plain look on the Sabre Custom, dark matte paint without a livery, plush but basic trim (red, tan or brown), no rollcage, painted bumpers and classic muscle wheels (mecha, classic five, dodman). I made mine primarily matte black and chrome with a dark red trim, with the large side exhausts, and chrome mecha wheels.
I think the other Lowriders like the Faction Donk are there to look as flamboyant as possible, but the Sabre works best with basic and understated features in my opinion.
As for money, I would suggest never going under 100k if you can help it, always keep a decent amount on hand. Just do a few stunt races until you have about 25k, do an I/E run, and continue doing that until you have a decent amount.

It's worth noting that Agent 14 does hint at more stuff with him in it in the last mission for GR. It doesn't necessarily mean that they'll expand research/Mk2 weapons though, they could just completely abandon that stuff and leave it the way it is. I guess we'll probably see what we get next in late November/early December though.

Transform Races aren't the only new gameplay updates coming to GTA Online this fall. There are also a pair of new Adversary Modes on the horizon; Condemned, a free-for-all with one player on the clock as a dead man walking, the only chance at survival through passing this death sentence on to an opponent. So more Weaponised Vehicles confirms more bunker content, Foreclosure is usually for shady businesses not connected to SecuroServ, and Legendary Motorsport is expensive Supers and Classics these days. More cars from past games lined up? Deluxo/Delorean time yet?

I hate how you have to have another person in the Hunter with you to get the most out of it. I was hoping it would just be a better Savage, and you could control everything yourself.
I think giving the pilot locked use of the gun would be good. Make it functionally like the others if the pilot takes manual control where it only fires forward, and if there is a copilot then they'll be able to use it more dynamically.

The thing about the 30mm on this Hunter (As far as I've seen from videos of the thing) is that it's got a lower rate of fire but a MUCH greater range than the one on the Valkyrie - comparable to the Bombushka's cannons, or the non-explosive machine guns on some aircraft. So it'd make sense that they'd balance it by making a gunner required to use it.
Personally, I kinda like that. If only because I really, really enjoy lining up rocket runs, and my aim with dumbfired rockets is deadly already without getting to loose a barrage of seven of them at a time.
That transform mode is basically what The Crew 2 has, I ain't complaining, it's a decent mechanic.
Technically, Sega All Stars Racing Transformed did it before both of them :v:

Well, i ain't got money on it, and i think they'll be expensive as hell though. So all of those new vehicles is a no go for me. I would only grind for money if they can simply add police vehicles in the game to be available.
Again, yet they put in the craziest vehicles in GTA. But can't simply add police vehicles. Sorry i'm just a bit hoping R* decides to make a police dlc. Probably is too much asked for.
I'm kind of hoping they make a naval-focused DLC. Just think about it - a missile submarine as a mobile operations centre, some underwater sub base using the vast seafloor area, various weaponized boats and minisubs...
