http://nigger.menu is working and is undetected at the moment.
I can confirm niggermenu works perfectly.
I assume it's no longer free? Everything I've seen points to it being $20 for "VIP" to download.

Yeah it's $20 unfortunately.
I'm sure if you asked nicely, there are people in this thread that would do some money drops

Let's see.
PLZ GSUY MNEY BAGS PLZ
$20 is like nothing considering the 8 Mill shark card being 61, seems worth it to me.

I'd rather give $20 to some nigger menu creator than to the scummy publishers of the game.
By the way, scripthook finally got updated:

Is there any way I can get the game to launch without it connecting to social club? It just complains and doesn't let me play if I block it with firewall.

I was reading the SHV thread on GTA Forums and apparently a user guessed the upload URL before the dev even put it up on the site lmao.
It is there now.
Broughy put out a new video about some of the downforce changes that arrived with Gunrunning:

Seems like Rockstar might be doing a bit to try and make the latest downforce cars a bit better. I'm curious to see how effective it'll be when the testing arrives.
Some people are really dumb when it comes to hacking, like there's a Level 20 and 22 with a Hydra and the new Motorbike with the Rocket Booster on it, whatever the fuck it's called, like really, that low of level and you have those vehicles? Suuuure, seems legit.

The summer sale has a deal for gta5+a megalodon, so, wouldn't put it past him to have bought that.

Don't you think this joke has been driven into the ground enough? :v:
Also to this day i still have all my money
I guess Rockstar really doesn't care about me
Oh cool, I just noticed you can use the weaponized tampa in heists. The guns work and everything.

You cannot poop mines tho.
Since it hasn't been posted in this thread yet, Rockstar put out a support article about SP modding.
Question: Are PC Single-Player Mods Allowed?
Answer: Rockstar Games believes in reasonable fan creativity, and, in particular, wants creators to showcase their passion for our games. After discussions with Take-Two, Take-Two has agreed that it generally will not take legal action against third-party projects involving Rockstar’s PC games that are single-player, non-commercial, and respect the intellectual property (IP) rights of third parties. This does not apply to (i) multiplayer or online services; (ii) tools, files, libraries, or functions that could be used to impact multiplayer or online services, or (iii) use or importation of other IP (including other Rockstar IP) in the project. This is not a license, and it does not constitute endorsement, approval, or authorization of any third-party project. Take-Two reserves the right to object to any third-party project, or to revise, revoke and/or withdraw this statement at any time in their own discretion. This statement does not constitute a waiver of any rights that Take-Two may have with respect to third-party projects.
Doesn't really answer if OpenIV is allowed or not because they could probably spin both point two and three against it. It'd be nice if they just straight up said if OpenIV is allowed or not instead of giving us this vague bullshit though.
People get money dropped: all gone bye
People hacking the money themselves: not a problem
take2 is clearly looking for the wrong people
[editline]23rd June 2017[/editline]
but hey at least you can't use mod in singleplayer anymore, right?
"Take-Two has agreed that it generally will not take legal action against third-party projects involving Rockstar’s PC games that are single-player, non-commercial, and respect the intellectual property (IP) rights of third parties"
this probably means that the stuff with OpenIV will be settled in a place where singleplayer mods get the green light again.
I should probably also let you know that most cheat menus update the method used to spawn money all the time because R* detect them and dish out bans to people who use them. But something tells me you knew this already.
considering buying the weaponized tampa as I finished the dual minigun research for it
just one question, I assume you're paying to put the dual minigun mod on the car itself, does this need to be done in the MOC with the vehicle workshop? I've got an MOC but no vehicle workshop and I'm not paying however much that is AND for the mod itself just to have an extra fucking gun
What's considered the best way to make money honestly these days? I have a friend who just picked up the game again on PS4 after having not played it since the PS3 days, and he's pretty much broke.

You need the MOC

Yeah you need the MOC and the vehicle workshop to apply the modification, however I'd say it's worth it since you can actually aim with it instead of it being fixed facing forward which makes the tampa far more useful
" (ii) tools, files, libraries, or functions that could be used to impact multiplayer or online services"
Nah OpenIV is fucked
Yeah you need the MOC and the vehicle workshop to apply the modification, however I'd say it's worth it since you can actually aim with it instead of it being fixed facing forward which makes the tampa far more useful
Having that upgrade basically turns it in to a complete nightmare as it can ruin any vehicle that isn't military-grade in a couple of seconds without needing a gunner.
OpenIV just got an update, no longer displays uninstall prompt at the start!
