Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V12 - GTA Online: We Have a Hacking Problem - Games

Flying over the ocean at night when it's snowing gives me anxiety. It's like you're just flying in an empty void, and you can't tell how close you are to the water. I tried doing the Humane Labs Hydra setup with some friends and crashed the Hydra pretty much instantly :v:

Too afraid to use cheats personally. I've done a little car duping but I sell the cars slowly to avoid the sell limits. Speaking of which there is an active duping glitch. PC too, though the PC one takes a lot longer (you have to go to garage, you can't just use MOC).

I hadn't tried playing GTA V since I built my new computer last year, so I figured I'd give it a try before Christmas rolls around. I spawned in my old luxury apartment and left to go grab a drink. I came back to find myself spawned outside my apartment dying repeatedly, along with the rest of the server. Wonderful, I think to myself. Maybe I idled long enough it kicked me out? I'll just return to my apartment. Oh - [I]the owner of this apartment has locked you from using it.[/I] Cool! Switching to a new instance. Oh! Now [I]none of my cars[/I] are spawning in my garage. No amount of switching to outside my garage and returning or calling insurance/my mechanic is working. Guess I didn't want to play. Return a couple hours later to attempt again. Receive an email to track down some treasure hunt thing. Cool! That should keep me busy. Oh, someone is flying a helicopter around me, sure hope they don'- oh, no, they are pinging me with a pistol. Just gonna set myself to passive and continue. Good thing I did that, there's somebody under the map teleporting around and sniping people from below or some shit. Cool! I got some revolver. Well, I've only got $50k on me, I should do a mission to get back into the swing of things. Pick a 1-4 player mission that an NPC sent me - steal an RV and deliver it to the pickup point. Well, that was the idea anyway. Anytime I grabbed the RV and drove away I'd get shot in the back of the head by a biker who was [I]behind the RV.[/I] When I finally managed to chug enough body armor and snacks to get away from them chasing me, I realized it was nigh on impossible to deliver the RV as I had to drive up a slope and the snow on the ground made it impossible to gain traction to do so. So that takes 5 times longer than it should have. I finally finish, $10k richer and [I]oh, the lobby hasn't loaded for ten minutes and now the game is frozen.[/I] Well, I guess I [I]really[/I] didn't want to play hard enough.

What is the best missions/things to do to make money in this game solo? I'm sick of waiting for the stars to align when all my friends have time off to play and do heists.

Just be warned that it gets very fucking boring. [editline]d[/editline] Login today to receive a Krampus mask, special t-shirt, firework launcher, and ten fireworks. I believe the shirt and mask are random.

I tried doing the Humane Labs Hydra setup with some friends and crashed the Hydra pretty much instantly :v:[/QUOTE] First the GTA series taught me why turning signals are necessary whenI'd constantly plow into suddenly turning NPC cars in Vice city, and now it teaches me that all those flight instruments showing the horizon and altitude are vital in low visibility, because it's extremely easy to lose any sense of bearing and I also have plowed straight into the sea multiple times

Y'know, anyone buying GTAV for Christmas is going to be so disappointed. They've been holding off until now for a sale/financial reasons/any excuse imaginable and they buy it. They hop into singleplayer, and discover that it hasn't been updated since 2013 and all the content is being held hostage in the online aspect. Frustrated they go into online, go through the tutorial and then immediately get gunned down by a Juggernaut from CoD, and then get bombed by a stealth-helicopter-gunship while being called any number of racial slurs, before they are sent into the stratosphere by anomalously manifesting water spouts continuing to appear underneath them while forced to strip naked and dance.

I think at this point, anyone that wanted GTA V has gotten it already.

GTA V always pops up on the top sellers when it goes on sale, so I disagree.

So there's a way to save the doomsday heist setup outfits. You just drive to your apartment, change the mask, leave the apartment, then find a new session. I tried it with the badass riot gear they give you on the hard drive salvage mission, and of course those are the only ones I've found so far that don't work. The one outfit everyone would want.

Kinda disappointing to see some people here buying accounts so they can play around with cheats or w/e. Those accounts are only available for sale because they've been stolen from other players. Unless I'm wrong on that, either way it's shady.

Just a few hours ago someone was asking if they could get on my account for a few minutes to give me a billion dollars. Yeaaah, totally not a scam.

I should note that when my friend was able to hook his, were were selling three cars from his warehouse at the same time, do that might also be a factor.

I just did it, works fine, some cars are easier than others to hook
