Grand Theft Auto Series Megathread V12 - GTA Online: We Have a Hacking Problem - Games

I did some testing with the FMJ-Revolver MK-II. I took a bunch of cars, and shot them until they blew up. Your mileage may vary, considering I was at point blank with all of these vehicles. A 100% Armor upgraded Armored Schafter V12 took three shots to the grill to destroy. An Armored Kuruma took 9 shots to the grill to destroy. A CEO Canis Bodhi, meant to simulate a random NPC car took only [B]two[/B] shots to kill it. A 100% Armor upgraded Canis Kamacho, meant to simulate a random player car (most likely maxed out in upgrades with a very hostile asshole at the wheel) took four. (wtf? three for an armored car, four for a random shitbox?)

Honest, it kinda bums me out knowing that SP updates were basically cannibalized to make MP content.

before I stopped playing a while ago, I had a lot of luck killing tryhard scum just using the MOC cab :v: this thing is almost indestructible. it takes all of the explosive rounds a heavy sniper can give out. providing the other guy can even land 100% of his shots, he'll have to go to his MOC just to refill the ammo. oppressor rockets also do nothing, just drive towards the guy in a straight line and he'll miss most of his shots even with lock on only problem is people shooting through the windows, but if you duck and go full speed towards them, you can usually just mow them down before they get a good shot you wouldn't believe how satisfying it is seeing some K/D warrior going all out trying to kill you just for you to get an easy 5-0 whilst blaring the horn

tbh aside from whatever future big updates happen, if they follow the idea of recycling SP content to MP, the only next thing I see when it comes to online stuff in general with GTAV is to try out those community MP mods, since they'll definitely offer a fresh experience.

Anti Aircraft trailer counts as personal vehicle. This shit after they teased me with an entire fucking mission about nightshark with AA trailer. I've never being so disappointed in my life.

Yeah, the trailer is so fucking dumb. If you could have it and your personal, I imagine you'd see that shit all over the place.

New event is live. You can now apply some Tartan paintjob/livery for the Oppressor. I don't know what it looks like. Torero, Vagner, ETR1, RE-7B, Streiter, Tropos Rallye, and Trophy Truck on sale. Rockstar stunt races on double cash and RP.

It is free to apply to the Oppressor though, so at least being this much of an eyesore/patriot won't cost you anything.

Yeesh, I wouldn't even use that livery ironically.

Wish new event was mirrored version of previous - double reward on MOC and Office sell missions. Stunt races are boring.

It would be funny if the loading screen to get to liberty city was just your character sitting on a plane. CEOs get to sit in first class with champagne, cigars, and strippers and the rest have to sit with regular NPCs

I feel like Rockstar will build a whole new city in the next GTA. One that we've never seen before. GTA VIce city sounds corny as fuck tbh, and that seems too predictable.

I don't care where the game is set or who the protagonist is as long as single player doesn't take a back seat to online again. Rockstar forgot what made previous GTA games good was the single player experience.

Take-Two is gonna follow this formula for GTA for the foreseeable future I fear.

Say what you will about GTAO's grind and pushing shark cards in your face all the time, but it's probably been my most memorable online gaming experience. I have pages and pages of screenshots that I've taken over the nearly 5 years GTA V has been out. It's such an easy game to just sit down and play. I've also made many friends, and I always try to help them when they need someone.
