OpenGL 3 was supported since Radeon 8000 series.
Just spend like, 10$ to buy one of those second hand.

I COULD RUN PZ JUST FINE BEFORE THIS NEW RELEASE, AND SUPPOSEDLY THE GAME IS EVEN MORE OPTIMIZED AND RUNS EVEN BETTER THAN IT CAN BEFORE.

When you buy something in alpha, you gotta know everything is subject to change. Also they dont have any obligation to even make updates to the game.
