Just got warband recently, playing it every chance I can get. Lancing down helpless bandits and getting the little red "Delivered couched lance damage" notification is one of the most satisfying things in any game.

been using blood and steel myself at the moment, but it was pretty hard at the start then suddenly stupidly easy once you get decent armor and you end up being able to take on entire castle garrisons solo, game ends up losing its fun.

I've tried out Imperial Age recently and the stats on soldiers are really terrible, the Swadians weren't given any actual aiming skill which results in them being unable to hit the broadside of a barn but they're also more resilient than other troops. I've also found a Shako that gives me 100 head armor and dirty Rhodok uniform for 100 leg armor.

I love how in Brytenwalda you get a small amount of renown for delivering the blow that knocks out a lord in battle. I imagine walking through a town and people being like "That's the guy who beat the shit out of the king that one time."

Floris is a nice mod but..... So I freed a lord out of a castle as a mission. I succeed, get tons of money and become a mercenary(1000 gold for 400 upkeep party!!!) I go to the Swadian Empire and raid a village...... 50 butter. 3 of them worth 2.1K each, I become rich suddenly and I hire alot of tier 4,5 and 6 mercs. I feel a bit dirty about this but it does kickstart my party with high level mercs and I can buy alot of good things for my companions(Going to have about 8 without complaints since I hated that).

During my quest to vanquish Khergit heathens, I came across my brothers Count Stamar, Count Rimusk and Count Reichsin and we laid siege to the coastal city of Tihr. (I had to cut the video to keep within the 50MB upload limit). [vid]http://a.pomf.se/nzfyqw.webm[/vid]

I still laugh every time I approach a group of peasants and they basically say "please spare us, we're poor" and you can say "We'll see how poor you are after I take your stuff!". On another note, am I the only one who would kinda like to see a Chivalry/Dread system (kinda like the one from Medeival II) in Bannerlord? I think it would be fun if you could either kill lords in battle or execute them afterwards and it would make other lords more likely to run away from you rather than fight you, but would also make it harder to befriend lords. Chivalry could make diplomacy easier.
