holy hell the background on the left in this one we bonerlord hype now
I hope they make bannerlord's combat more realistic. Spear and shield on foot should be a viable option. Bracing spears/pikes against charges. Loosing your spear in something. The shield should be a viable weapon. A difference between handle and strapped shields. Stabbing to get through good armour, because realisticaly slashing is nearly useless for that. The ability to sidestep, backstep and instep. Running. Also spear charges. Realistic knock downs, and with the ability to continue fighting whilst knocked down. I don't care if they lower troop counts to accommodate all this.
fights look like a much more realistic clusterfuck this time around it seems
Medieval warfare in real life almost never broke out into mobs like that.
my prayer is that before I die theres a coop m&b game i dont care if im 120 years old and on my deathbed, if i get to play even one minute of it ill be happy

A friend of mine was telling me about how him and his friend (mostly his friend) were trying to edit scripts for co-op. Basically one would be the main player and handle the map and everything. The other would just jack-in to their combat. He didn't tell me if he succeeded or not though.

Ok so Bannerlord isn't cancelled and is getting stuff at Gamescom. Like being demo'd for the press. http://www.pcgamer.com/mount-blade-series-has-sold-6-million-copies/
I really wish they were more open and talked more about the development of Bannerlord. It's one of the upcoming games i'm looking forward to the most as Warband is one of my favourite games, but it's been nearly 3 years since it was announced and it feels like we still don't really know anything about it at all, other than a few fairly small things. It doesn't seem like they've shown anything significant yet. Showing more stuff at gamescom is great, but it shouldn't have taken this long to get something about it.
Who said it was cancelled?
Do we have a facepunch warband server?
Do we have a facepunch warband server?
Sadly, no.
all i want is just one more fucking blog and that's it. that's all i desire from taleworlds.

I was hoping to get some more information though considering it has been 3 years, perhaps even the release date.
