My Summer Car - Car building and 90's Finnish summer simulator - Games

So I went to do some sewage jobs. Took a long hard look at the map and managed to make 3600 mark in one journey, and pick up the mosquito propellant I had forgotten or misplaced. It was going okay, although I got the truck stuck trying to dump sewage into the lake, nothing too bad. So I roll off from the shop on the way home, notice I'm thirsty and so I grab a peer and then the horrible happens. Truck gets launched and gets perfectly stuck on a small hill and two trees. Took me forever until I managed to unstick it, which I could only do because I glitched it with the hose. In the end I made it home and slept well.

(repellant = pushes something away, propellant = pushes something forward = in essence: fuel.) [editline]28th October 2016[/editline] pro tip for towing: Use tractor. Hook rear end to rear end. Apply slight handbrake in empty vehicle. It's slow going, but the towed vehicle remains perfectly on track, even on dirt roads.

Sadly it was in town, so pretty much could not be further away from the tractor which was still at home.

This game is so immersive I'm actually on yahoo answers looking at irl car problems. [editline]3[/editline] Is there a tuning guide anywhere? My engine likes to stall when it goes above certain rpms and then down if you don't have your foot on the gas.

How do I release the choke without pulling the dashboard off?

Found a bug where if you go to sleep while drunk you wake up with the shakes. Its to do with the swaying movement - have another beer and it goes away. ... is this actually a bug?

Number of bottles of brake fluid I wasted before I realised that one brake lining bolt wasn't tightened: [t]http://i.imgur.com/IMzFn5g.png[/t] I seriously wish that there were puddle decals that would show up if there's a leakage. I also had a gas leak because there was also another bolt that I forgot to tighten, and there was no indication that there was one.

I don't know if I'm doing something wrong, or because my computer sucks, because this van drives around like it's on ice. Also my beer somehow phased through the windshield and I dropped it while driving away.

Would be cool if you could fuck with the components of the truck. I dont have this game yet but I assume there arent custom parts like new cylinder heads, valvetrain parts, or intake manifolds? Would be cool to see some speed parts in the game. The engine you have is pretty much a shitty i4 isnt it? Dunno how much of a difference it would make on such an engine but imagine being able to pretty much stick a bunch of aftermarket crap in the engine.

Should just have the general mentality of "EVERYTHING NEEDS TO BE BOLTED IN". Cause I think the Crankshaft, battery, rear lights, hub caps, timing belt, fan belt, coil spring and a few other trinkets, things like the spark plugs and oil filter needs to be screwed in by hand. [editline]29th October 2016[/editline] And things like the Master Cylinder for clutch and brake have a sneaky bolt located underneath the steering column. Visual inspection is key.

Car works perfectly in reverse. Kinda can't even comprehend forward. I think I need to adjust the carb more.

How do you deliver the firewood to the guy's house? I dropped the trailer and tried to talk to him, but he just rag dolls and drops vodka????

You can unload the wood in his yard. You need to set tractor gear to neutral, then connect the shaft to the trailers shaft (lever on the left of the seat) and press the throttle a bit. Remember to open the barrier on the trailer. If you knocked him unconscious, you will probably have to sleep and come next day again.

Hangovers are cured by more beer aparantly [editline]29th October 2016[/editline] got the car built for a 3rd time. Didn't even bother with the stock radiator picked up the aftermarket one. Does the aftermarket exhaust muffler not work with the stock exhaust? im seeing the smoke coume out from the joint between the two.
