I'm about to give up on this game, my previously working perfectly car now stalls immediately and I have no idea why.
does it have fuel
does it have fuel
Yes, all I did was fill in clutch and brake fluid.
Why the hell the drive gear is falling off everytime I try to go for more than 20 meters? All the bolts were tightened, so I have no clue what's the reason.
Make sure you have your car in neutral while starting, it will stall no matter if you have the clutch in or not.
Yes, all I did was fill in clutch and brake fluid.
I had a similar problem, I stalled the car out while backing it out because I forgot to hit the clutch and it wouldn't start back up. I just pulled out the choke, let it sit for a few minutes and it started back up again. Everytime I stalled it I'd have to wait about thirty seconds to a minute before it'd let me start it back up, not sure if that's your problem as well tho
Why the hell the drive gear is falling off everytime I try to go for more than 20 meters? You can literally flood the engine with gasoline so that the spark plugs can't ignite all that wet fuel. It's because most carbs have something which I don't know what it's called in English but a direct translation from German would be "acceleration pump". It squirts a little bit of unvaporized gasoline into the intake every time you press the pedal down over a certain angle.
Finally got some form of response on that car, if you can call it that. [T]http://i.imgur.com/2oi0gQs.png[/t] Original question had to do with if there was even a remote hope of it being fixable (aka not missing half the car).
[t]http://i270.photobucket.com/albums/jj106/richy246/adly/DSCF1064_zpsd6e63a16.jpg[/t] It's like a live-action cartoon I'm absolutely trippin
If he's selling it "for parts" there's probably not going to be a title... or shock towers, knowing those old corollas. If you want something that is "almost" similar to the game, the closest you will get in the US is probably a Datsun 210. Similar engine, rear wheel drive, ugly as hell, usually dirt cheap.

Sunavabitch, the top time for the rally is like 5:30-ish and holy shit these roads have very neat death traps. My best time is around 6 minutes. This sucks.
fuck that guy in the little green car. Came around that first blind corner on the dirt road and here he comes flying at me going 100+ lots of lag followed by car parts flying everywhere. [editline]2nd November 2016[/editline] also car cant pass inspection with the aftermarket exhaust and wheels it seems. Where do i get a traffic triangle.

Just put it anywhere. Also yeah the fucker won't take aftermarket parts.

I've got an oil leak somewhere, AFAIK all bolts on the rocker cover, oil sump, and timing belt cover are fastened properly. Did I miss anything?

It helps if you screw in all the bolts that hold the engine and gearbox together :DD I had missed the one that's under the carbs.
How do I get my RPM to not shoot up to 1.8k then bounce down to 0 when I put it in first gear and give it gas? [editline]1st November 2016[/editline] Am I suppose to just leave it in neutral, rev it up past 2k rpm then flip it into 1st in order to get it going?
Is the gear shiftier supposed to work (stick moving and responding to controls, at least) when the satsuma isn't running? Mine doesn't, and I'm starting to suspect that has to do with the fact it won't start up.
I lost my fan belt!!! What do I do???
anyone know a good way to get the wheel alignment right other than "fuck with it until you dont end up in the ditch as much?
anyone know a good way to get the wheel alignment right other than "fuck with it until you dont end up in the ditch as much?
Take it to the mechanic shop in the "town" on the top right of the map.
anyone know a good way to get the wheel alignment right other than "fuck with it until you dont end up in the ditch as much?
I found turning them max toe in, then bringing them out by about 50 clicks worked I'm not sure how many clicks out is good but this method works to get the both pointing the same direction [editline]2nd November 2016[/editline] The nuts are symmetrical, ie you need to turn them clockwise on one side and anticlockwise on the other
The reason I keep the hood off is so I can easily piss out the fires [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/192920501200835583/4F4753D25BD1FEA014D8467D282144D3837C4681/[/t] [t]http://images.akamai.steamusercontent.com/ugc/192920501200835769/19F0FD2F6F3CE6DBF3EB07CC1DF369A4D569DB03/[/t] It ran out of coolant and overheated, and I noticed the lack of power and started playing with the choke to limp it along. That, along with my lack of exhaust and untuned carb fried her pretty good. It started back up for a while, but then quit again and wont start anymore.
Ended up refunding the game. Could not get it to cooperate with my anti-virus, and then it started crashing even with the anti-virus disabled. :disgust: Will probably pick it up again when the issue is fixed.
I probably would've refunded my anti-virus instead :v:
anyone know a good way to get the wheel alignment right other than "fuck with it until you dont end up in the ditch as much?
Crouch down in the front of the car and compare it to the rear wheel, you can get it pretty close that way.
I'm assuming the jerrycans can be refilled? my tanker needs fuel badly and is basically running on fumes and my van is apparently gone after i rolled it into a ditch and died, leaving me with just my tractor. How many trips would it take to go back and forth with the tractor and jerrycan to fill it up just enough to drive it down to the gas station? :v:
Boat would be faster.
If I tow the car to the shop, will they put a belt on it?
