Built my car for the first time. Spent a few a few real life days building it. Tuned it to perfection. Earned a ton of money through sucking peoples shit through a tube. Carefully drove my car to inspection. First time passed. Added my hard earned plates. Drove out the town. Driving down the road. Yellow car behind me. Tries to overtake me. Suddenly a truck appears. Yellow car rams the truck flying directly at me. :suicide: I hate this game, yet can't stop playing it.

The first time it took me 3 days this time (the 2nd) I got it done in 6 hours.

I just won the rally on my first successful run with a time of 5:20. It was 20 seconds faster than 2nd place, and I drove terribly. I never thought I'd say this but this game needs to be harder. What are our fastest times? I expect I could easily shave that down to 5 minutes.

My engine keeps entering low Earth orbit with both half shafts... send help.

Whats the deal with valve tuning? My engine becomes incredibly powerful at 6000rpm+, starts spinning wheels, then immediately bounces off the rev limiter. When you change to the next gear it slogs until it hits 6000rpm again. This is using the shortest gear ratios, rally tires, and a fuel to air ratio of 14.0

So apparently there is an easter egg of sorts in the game.. [sp]There's a lottery winner that tells his secret if you drive him home from the bar. He has a suitcase full of money hidden at his place. He also happens to be an axe murderer who will come into your house and kill you if you steal his money. Apparently there's also a rifle somewhere, maybe you can use that to defend yourself.[/sp]

man I suck at behaving myself when driving in this. finally got my car set up with everything put on except the bumpers, running good and all except probably some fucked A/F ratios, wanted to go buy the gauge, fly off the road and right into a tree. rip.

Protip: If you have no controller and play with keys, yank steering sensitivity all the way up so the wheels don't take forever to turn at speed.

Oh shit oh shit oh shit also; Disable steering help if you're using analogue controls. I was using a wheel and as soon as I did that it started actually responding to input.
