Does anyone know how the wii downloads work on the club nintendo? Will it download to my Wii U where I go into the Wii application to run it or do you actually need a wii to play it? Btw, Game & Wario is a lot of fun. It's not like the other warioware games but there is plently to do. I got it at lauch and my friends and I still play the game. I really suggest the Thief, Fronks and the pictionary game within it.
so atm I screwed my controller and gamepad up, but upon working the scour pad enough I've learned that if you do it enough, it'll completely wipe the gloss finish off and leave it with a really nice black color with very little shine to it, while very much smooth it gives it a really good rubberized look. and under a light it actually doesn't look too bad, it actually gives a slightly worn rubber look. On my black numchuck I've totally finished doing this and it has a smooth feel to it, and isn't scratchy or anything sadly buttons and joysticks are a bit hard but that'll eventually dull over [editline]3rd February 2015[/editline] anyone know of a softer pad I can use to 'finish' it? so that the entire thing looks more gentle under a light?
I wanted to buy this but it's sold out and not restocked until March. Honestly gutted. The skin is so fucking nice. I'd rather hold out until I can get the 3DS XL I want, instead of buying just a plain black one now. I don't mind waiting one month extra. Fuck! That's the one thing I hate about Nintendo, they always understock. When SSB came out, the adapters sold out within hours.
Go into the Wii Shop channel, go to settings and features and find the button that says "Wii Download Ticket". Type the code that was emailed to you by Club Nintendo in and it should redeem. Just like if you just bought a game using the Wii Shop channel, it will ask if you want to download to your SD card or memory. It works the same for both a Wii and Wii Mode on a Wii U, effectively.
Does anyone know how the wii downloads work on the club nintendo? Will it download to my Wii U where I go into the Wii application to run it or do you actually need a wii to play it?
You download it from the Wii Shop on the Wii application.
Just a heads up, if Club Nintendo seems down to you, clear your cache or use another browser.
Just a heads up, if Club Nintendo seems down to you, clear your cache or use another browser.
At this point they're just overloaded to the point it won't work. I'll try again in a week and hope I can still re-register my games.
PSA: You can get some free coins for downloading Pokemon Bank (3DS), Rusty's Real Deal Baseball (3DS), Steel Diver: Sub Wars (3DS) and Zen Pinball (WiiU).
been playing Metroid prime on the trilogy this past week and almost done with the first, good god this game is what I would class a masterpiece legit sad I never had it in my childhood. feels good to know there's 2 more of equal quality coming up once I'm done

Hope you enjoy them both.
Trilogy owns because all 3 games are fantastic and liking one over the other isn't a bad thing.
The best part of the Metroid Prime Trilogy is the improved controls, though it makes most boss fights trivial in Metroid Prime 1. Being able to ball jump at any given time with a flick of the wiimote is my favorite addition.
Being able to ball jump at any given time with a flick of the wiimote is my favorite addition.
Spiderball Guardian boss fight is so much better with the ball jump.
Forgot I had this extension: [editline]4th February 2015[/editline]
PSA: You can get some free coins for downloading Pokemon Bank (3DS), Rusty's Real Deal Baseball (3DS), Steel Diver: Sub Wars (3DS) and Zen Pinball (WiiU).
Does a survey show up after owning them for a week or what?
It's instant in my experience.
Hm, haven't noticed any coinage yet but it's probably the servers crapping out. Guess I'll check again later, though I've had Zen Pinball for ages and don't see it in my registered products list. EDIT: Oh I see the survey now, sucks that it's only 5 coins but whatever, free coins is free coins.
Crossposting here but if you're in the US costco has preorders up for the Mario Party 10 bundle While it doesn't personally interest me figured you should know as it might be the only way to get the Mario MEEB
No voice chat in Splatoon because Nintendo http://mynintendonews.com/2015/02/04/famitsu-splatoon-wont-feature-online-chat-between-players-and-more-information/
Once again Nintendo fails to live up to current generation standards
There better be SOME form of communication between teams.
Once again Nintendo fails to live up to current generation standards
its not like the other consoles are living up to current generation standards either besides, voicechat could potentially be extremely awkward and unfitting in a game like that. I feel like a portal 2 like system would be better. voice chat usually consists of a lot of assholes
Damn it... I only have 500 coins. I really don't know what to take. Thinking about taking that case but then, I would let 100 go to waste. At least with would be something useful...

Most people who own a WiiU anyways probably aren't the ones who are mean online.

Monster Hunter 3 has voice chat and literally no one uses it. They're either silent or use the text chat. Plus in-game voice chat on the Xbone and PS4 is hardly used anymore. No one really talks to each other outside of parties anymore, and if they do they're usually an asshole, saying nothing at all/not have a mic plugged in, or play music through their mic. Why else would CoD and now Halo have the player characters do call outs now? [editline]4th February 2015[/editline] Maybe Nintendo should just make some form of party chat instead of integrating instead of having voice chat built into a game.
[editline]4th February 2015[/editline] Maybe Nintendo should just make some form of party chat instead of integrating instead of having voice chat built into a game.
Been literally waiting for something like party chat since Wii Speak came out right after Animal Crossing: City Folk on Nintendo Wii - long story short it's never coming
tbh I'd be ecstatic if more games had a portal 2 style chat system it works... honestly pretty well
