I got a couple of those replacement N64 sticks and there are huge dead zones on the edges. Like at 20-30%. I don't know if I got a bad batch or what, but it makes FPS games really hard.
So wait how do we redeem MewTwo before CN ends? Not that I care much about MewTwo but
As long as you register both copies of Smash 4 before March 31st, you'll be put on a list. Once Mewtwo is released, you'll get an email containing download codes for him on both versions of the game.

> secrets that could take months, if not years to discover
Meaning Gamexplain will have videos about all of them before the game's even released?
[editline]14th March 2015[/editline]
And let's be real, we can rip/dissect WiiU games now. No secrets are safe for more than a few days anymore.
I wonder if the main characters will be named after instruments and play said instruments. Sitar-Keyboardie, Trumpet-Tambourinie, who knows what the possibilities behold.

Rare is a shell of a husk of what it was when MS acquired it. Most everyone with dignity left after they realized the company was only bought to keep it away from Nintendo.

I'm sure there's some way to hide things in modern games, hard code something so it's only read a certain way at runtime, mislabel files so they get overlooked, things of that nature.

I find it hilarious that geoff, banjo, and kazooie all have dead eyes :v:
I hate Microsoft's redesigns of Banjo Kazooie characters so much
I'm pretty sure there's not a single redesign that improves upon the originals

Ah yes, okay. Forgot about that lol. When are the CDs getting shipped?

CDs were for people before January I believe.
The CDs have already been shipped to many people (myself included), and seem to be going out in waves of ten thousand or so every week.

I already activated both copies of Smash and ordered the CDs a while ago. I thought they were coming in March but I dunno.

Ah I see, thanks.
I got my CD on Monday.
I forgot the DLC existed, so I decided to boot up Mario Kart 8 again to try it out. Then this happened.

Well...They have to keep the kinect relevant despite Microsoft not giving a crap anymore.
Rare, they make kinect only games now.
All the devs at rare left iirc so it's just a name at this point. I don't get why people still want it bought back when literally nothing is left.

IP's but yeah otherwise worth naught
Okay, now I really wish they put a Wind Waker-esque AI to the new Zelda.
I don't how I never found out about it but Moblins actually get scared of bombs if they they get hit by one. Not sure if Bokoblins do the same but I really want something like that in the new Zelda. It's such a cool dynamic.
Would be sweet to find out about monsters fears of certain items or environmental stuff (loud noises from bells, light, etc) and use it to scare them off if you get into big skirmishes. Or get them curious about shinies or light like the insects that Odolwa summon get attracted by the fuse of the bomb flowers.
It's hilarious to see those big pigs run away from the little bomb you place.
Golden Sun was one of my favorite childhood games growing up as a kid. Since the game was on sale for 200 coins due to Club Nintendo closing shop, I figured I'd buy the game again for old time's sake.
And then I remembered this wonderful gem.

[sp]For those who never played Golden Sun or its sequels: he'll ask to join your party, although it is actually required for him to join. However, you can keep saying "No" and he'll keep begging over and over until he'll finally give up and join you by force anyways. This happens again in the next two sequels as a running gag.[/sp]
Today I learned that Piranha Plants in MK8 will scare away Bloopers. :v:
Also, can you Super Horn away Bloopers?
So, I just got the Smash Bros soundtrack CD's, and for some reason I'm having great difficulty getting the disks out of the case. I'm afraid of snapping them trying to lift them, but the center-piece doesn't quite function as a release button like I'm used to.
Reading that tweet killed the child in my heart.

You do realize this was a student project and not actually teasing a new game right?
[editline]15th March 2015[/editline]
It was made specifically for the show and won't be released to the public or anything. I mean B+K are dead but don't freak out over literally nothing now.
Was going through Shopto looking at pre-orders, and found this as their mock up for the Star Fox box-art.

probably a dumb question, but if I make a second account on my Wii U would thank account be able to access games and DLC bought on the account that my Wii U is linked to? Or are the eShop purchases separate?
Welp, Mario Party 10 looks to have shit the bed (no surprises honestly), with using the shitty car mechanic AGAIN, poor minigames, barebones and stupid Amiibo mode and OP Bowser mode. There are less boards than fucking Mario Party 1, with each board being infinitly shitter too.
Its a terrible shame. Being the first Mario Party on the new system, they really should have upped their game on this one. They really had the chance to do so much better, yet they wasted it, while tarnishing the Super Mario brand Amiibos in the process.
I liked the idea of your characters wearing different costumes in Mario Party 2. Wish they would come back to that idea.
Bad opinion coming but I Mario Party hasn't been fun since 4 on GameCube. Maybe 5
Pretty much ever since the series moved to Gamecube they started tanking hard. The first 3 were the only decent ones in my book, 2 being the best imo.
