The ink is blue in the official art.

Oh, thought that was from the playboy thing or something. Almost disappointed.
What games still give club nintendo post play surveys? Megaman and megaman x aswell as wario land 4 gave me 10 coins each. I'm 10 short of 250. Anyone know what games still give those surveys for 10c?
Heh, it's not like we can get them either. I've been thinking of getting that third party adapter. Nintendont added support for the official one, I wonder if the third party one will work too.
Third party adapters work perfectly
I'm really loving the mayflash adapter
Honestly just get the Mayflash adapter. The only difference between them is looks and brand, as far as I've been told.

I've heard it has more latency

I've been using mine for a while and I haven't noticed any differences.
I can confirm the Mayflash adapter works perfectly. I've noticed no notable differences between the two.
Either way I somehow got a official one off amazon the day it came out

If you're looking for new games to get post-play surveys from, you're two days too late to get them in time due to the week-delay-after-registration that post play surveys have, since all of the surveys disappear permanently on the 31st. You'll need to buy a game that gives coins from it's registration survey, instead. (I'd suggest Mighty Gunvolt if you don't have it, it gives 10 coins directly and is only $3.99)
Guys, I need advice, with the rumors of a new console Nintendo is doing, should I even bother getting a Wii U at this point? Im so lost, I need advice, will the console entertain me when im out of a job for the summer (because my job is seasonal)?
Do it, Wii U is totally worth it. It may not have too many games, but every game is a goldmine.
The new console is still in the planning phase, I wouldn't expect it in the next two years.
Plus it's far more likely to be a 3DS successor than a Wii U successor (unless it is a successor to neither [unlikely, as the DS was in this position and quickly absorbed the Game Boy's niche] or both). By 2017, it will be 6 years old so Nintendo will most likely be trying to make use of their upcoming research on mobile devices to create a happy medium between phones and handhelds, as the former (despite the obnoxious lack of buttons in general) is clearly eating away at 3DS and Vita sales compared to DS and PSP sales.
If not, even then, the Wii U would have been out for five years so it would have still been available longer than the Xbox was out and about the same length of time that the Gamecube and Nintendo 64 were before their successors appeared.
They wouldnt of refreshed the 3DS only to be replaced next year. Maybe its a VR type thing or what i think its a bridge device for handheld and console
They wouldnt of refreshed the 3DS only to be replaced next year.
Didn't they do that with the DSi to the 3DS?
3DS didn't launch until 3 years after the DSi was released
I wouldn't worry about the new console. All the "THE WII U IS DEAD, NINTENDO IS PLANNING A NEW CONSOLE" shit is sensationalist game journo clickbait bullshit.

Can anyone upload a video of using their Mayflash GCN adapter with Nintendont? I can't find anywhere on the internet confirming if it works or not.

There's like a 2% chance it's a replacement for anything at all. People are spouting unresearched garbage on gaming sites and Youtube for easy views and ad revenue; until something official is said, treat everything they say as false.

Couldn't he get Rusty's Real Deal Baseball and Steel Diver? They're free and I think they give you coins.
Pokemon Bank gives you 5 coins as well, and you don't need to subscribe.

Post-play coins, not directly. Pokemon Bank is the only free app that gives coins and it only gives 5. A physical copy of Steel Diver gives coins but the F2P version is actually a separate game titled Steel Diver: Sub Wars.

Rusty's Real Deal Baseball

No longer gives coins as of February.

Late February, since I registered Rusty's Real Deal Baseball on Feb. 26th and got no post-play survey nor registration survey. :/
Oh, that sucks. :( It's a shame they're retroactively disabling coins for digital titles.
Oh cool, they're releasing AVGN the game on the Wii U. Completely forgot it existed, I'm a bit sad it's not getting a 3DS release.

Physical titles too. I assumed that only new games wouldn't come with a Club Nintendo code, but they're also not packaged in newly printed games. That's why my copy of Wind Waker HD didn't come with a code.
Am I the only one that didn't really like mariokart 8 as much? It's fun but it feels more like a slow f-zero than a kart game.
Like, items were nerfed pretty hard, to the point that they're "almost" useless. I wouldn't say they're useless, but some aren't very effective. This gives it the issue of "very hard to overtake opponents". Good players stay ahead, and items are useless if they have a horn. Even without the horn you recover so fast it's almost pointless.
Also, due to the speed increase, a lot of the courses are pretty flat, wide, and no real sharp turns. (there are a few though) This gives them less personality than many of the classic courses such Waluigi Pinball in MK DS and Koopa cape in MK Wii which had very distinct turns and memorable layouts.
Those are my only real qualms with the game though. The kart handling feels tight and good, and the graphics and music are amazing. The levels themes are very memorable, but the layouts are kind of forgettable.
In MKWii it was basically pointless to ever be in first other than right before the finish line on lap 3, because of the sheer pain of the items.
Also, Shy Guy Falls is probably my favorite track.
