IIRC the creator of Meme Run tried to defend himself by claiming fair use, but was then reminded that such a thing only applies to nonprofit works, so he shut up and complied after that.
Oh, I thought that was posted here already. Myself and a few other people emailed the copyright owner of the "troll face" about Meme Run. No idea if he already knew about it or not, but a few weeks later if was off eShop and Steam Greenlight for copyright reasons. I believe the troll face owner posted a word or two about it.

The only one I haven't 3-starred is Mirror Triforce Cup. It's either Ice Outpost or Hyrule Circuit that dicks me hard.

Oh boy... Mirror is already pretty dickish, 200cc must be hell, especially at that speed. I can only imagine the AI using shortcuts exclusive to that mode and I'm already sweating nervously.
I really hope 200cc will be in the next MarioKart at launch so its courses will be designed with that speed in mind.
I wish online had some sort of "vote for Mirrored version" just to fuck with people who didn't pay attention to what it picked :v:
Does MK8 still have random mirror mode on online? I remember that happening sometimes in the wii version but I don't think I've experienced it in MK8 yet.

The one weird thing is that the same team from Treyarch ported BO2 and Ghosts to the Wii U never ported AW. Did they ever give a reason for doing that?

Buying it used is still better than pirating. Pirating a game is illegal and is heavily frowned upon on Facepunch.

why's it better? if i'm spending money on a game i want that money to go to the people who created the game, not a reseller who wants to get their cash back, or a retailer who's making more money than they deserve to make from used games and actively ripping people off. i absolutely disagree with piracy if you COULD BE supporting the creators but you choose not to because you want the product for free, but in this case i don't see how it actually hurts anyone, especially if you're waiting for the creator to put it up for sale again on a digital store so you can directly support the product in the future.

Oh man, that's a classic game right there. I never manage to beat it though, I got stuck when I needed to find some parts in some secret world that you had to find in some maps. It was pretty much at the end of the game. I'll probably need to pop a emulator to play it again, glad I still got my original copy of the N64 game, shame my brother sold the N64 console for college money.
