I hope its tonight but I guess its a good thing I got tomorrow off so it works for me either way
Tomorrow? Oh wait... you're in the future. Maybe a couple of hours? What time did the last pack hit?
Not sure, I was late on the pack 1 deal. [editline]23rd April 2015[/editline] My biggest wish right now is that they'll make N64 Rainbow Road 3 laps for 200cc. But they probably won't.
I had a dream that the pack included a ton of costumes for each character and some new items. Yoshi for instance had a robot version of himself similar to the bike as well as a poochy and birdo outfit. The koopalings had charging chuck helmets, Mario had a cape etc. New items were a skeletal koopa shell. It broke on walls but if you hit with it it, it did the initial flip and then put a "curse" on the player where they couldn't hit max speed for a few seconds. Also a silver coin bag that lets you throw about 3-4 coins in front of you or behind you. You'd be able to give yourself a large boost, or in team races leave coins for teammates coming up on you. Also a simple triple bomb item.

Would you throw them like Bananas or does it create a trail in front of you?

The slow down thing only lasts for a few seconds as well, not a full minute or anything too crazy (think double dash's dragging) Coins would be in roughly a ^ shape when thrown forward, but a straight line if you dragged them behind.
I hope you guys had a nice wednesday, I'm excited for 200cc tomorrow. [sp]When's F-Zero DX: Director's Cut?[/sp] [t]http://i.imgur.com/fTsKiCY.png[/t]
That's not real, is it?
It actually is, and was deleted as quick as it was put up. I'm glad that Nintendo is trying new things.
I hope it comes soon...
It's downloading for me atm. [editline]23rd April 2015[/editline] Going to call it now, Villager will make Luigi's death stare look like a joke. [editline]23rd April 2015[/editline] First online race on Big Blue. This track is amazing.
I thought I was handling 200cc pretty well... Then Rainbow Road happened. I need an adult.
200cc is a nightmare on tracks with tight turns, even the cpus fuck up hardcore. [sp]thankfully[/sp]
I thought I was handling 200cc pretty well... Then Rainbow Road happened. I need an adult.
Which one? I imagine it's the SNES one. Welp, I'm at work at the moment so I'll have to wait until I get off to download it.
My Wii U has been collecting dust for a half year now. It's just so hard justifying spending $50-$60 on a single game. Well, I'm going to try to ease myself into it by getting Toad's Treasure Tracker today. I lost track of the game totally, turns out it's already out. :v:
Just a tip if you struggle to take turns in 200cc, press the B button a few times while drifting, it helps a lot and you don't lose much speed at all while doing it. [editline]23rd April 2015[/editline] This is useful in 150cc as well, such as in Rainbow Road.
That's a funny thing, you can do that also in F-Zero.
Who you looking at, Luigi?
Who you looking at, Luigi?
he returns...

[editline]23rd April 2015[/editline] This is useful in 150cc as well, such as in Rainbow Road.
I already do this, since I use Wario/Badwagon/Gold Wheels always you've gotta be really careful to handle a beast like that. I haven't had time to play 200cc yet but I'm not expecting it to be too much of a change from how I usually play.
You expect wrong, 200cc is hell.
You expect wrong, 200cc is hell.
I already play so high risk that it'll just be more of the kind of gameplay I like. You still get picked up by Lakitu almost immediately, it'll never be like Super Circuit where you have to be super careful all the time and if you fall off the track you might as well just restart.
Xenoblade X direct announced for tomorrow, only confirmed for America at the moment.

This probably is my favourite track from the new MK8 DLC
September release date
Yeah I could actually see that happen, but i don't think they will reveal the release date just yet, probably at E3.
The lighting in the Fall version of that track is really beautiful. [editline]23rd April 2015[/editline] Also I've come to the conclusion that Excitebike Arena was made for 200cc.
I wish that on tracks that loop (that vast majority), in VS you could set a lap limit.
That Animal Crossing track really makes me want a HD Animal Crossing game. Also, I love how MK8 uses the New Leaf player model as a basis for their villager design. I like that design much more than the Wii one.
I picked the slowest loadout I can think of and this track is still ridiculously hard on 200cc :v:
I'm starting to think Traction can play a big role in 200cc. But it's ton of fun to zoom at that speed. Especially speedpads-happy tracks like Mute City. I'm glad the CPU fucks up as much as the player. They're still brutal.
They still have that insanely good shell aim which really annoys me in 200cc. I'm off the track trying to recover and they still get me with a green shell for good measure.
After playing that Animal Crossing map for the 20th time today, I think i can safely say that I want a new Animal Crossing for Wii U.
